Available in good time for the survey and responded with a quote we were happy with in a polite and prompt manner.

I had eleven windows which included replacing a back door with a window and installing french doors where windows once stood.

All the logistics and different trades were managed by these guys which was reassuring.

There was a query with handle selection which they alerted us to and was dealt with long before any windows arrived.

The job itself was done on time with no drama whatsoever. Fitters were clearly vastly experienced and also courteous and managed the worksite well, keeping it tidy and organised throughout which was important as we have young children living with us.

It's pretty much transformed the house and I'm delighted with the standard of work and our experience in getting it. (The house needs loads of work so I'm sure my neighbours are pleased too!)

Next job is soffits and fascias and we've asked these guys to quote for the work based on how they've performed so far.

I have been delighted with this company from start to finish. The salesperson arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable about the product. He bought in a sample window and l was very impressed by the look and the quality. The installation happened within the agreed timeframe and l was kept updated with the progress. The fitters were courteous and took great care to protect my carpets and furniture. I had sliding doors as well as windows fitted and l am so pleased with the difference they have all made. I would not hesitate in recommending them to friends and family.

The salesman was exactly on time, he was courteous, knew his product. I have never seen such lovely windows & doors they are top of the range therefore a little more expensive.

Origin installed my bay window a couple of months ago. It looks amazing and the fitting seems to be of a very high standard. I used the loyalty points they gave me to put insulation in my roof and again they’ve done a great job at it. Would defiantly recommend.

From the outset, the team took the time to properly understand the design, features, and specifications I was looking for, and the proposed solution reflected that care and attention. Monty in particular was thorough, professional, and transparent, and it was clear that Origin place a strong emphasis on quality and customer requirements.

Unfortunately, due to a number of significant and unavoidable financial commitments relating to my property — including mandatory building works with uncertain final costs — I ultimately wasn’t able to proceed with the project at this time. Origin worked hard to try to accommodate my situation and explore ways to keep the project viable, but the level of financial uncertainty meant it wouldn’t have been responsible for me to continue.

The matter was handled professionally throughout, and my deposit was refunded without issue. I genuinely appreciated the flexibility, understanding, and communication shown by the team.

I fully intend to return to Origin in the future when circumstances allow, and I would not hesitate to recommend them based on my experience so far.

We are delighted with our doors. We couldn't fault the quality, service or workmanship. Our salesman was extremely informative and the price was very competitive. The fitters were very hard working, personable and precise. Contact with the main office was impeccable. Altogether, from beginning to end a 5 star service.

Absolute breathe of fresh air, I dealt with another window company about 2 years ago, with a previous house, and I can’t tell you how much better these guys were. From them designing to fitting it was a really smooth process. Would very much recommend!

We had several quotes before settling on Kensington to do our windows. New locking door fitted between cold porch and entrance hall. what a difference it's made. The fitting went without any issues, the area was left clean and tidy and the door has really updated the area. The people we dealt with seemed to have good knolwledge of their products. The timeline was maybe a bit long but we were in no real hurry so didn't mind.

Really good customer experience from the start and no pushy sales. The installation guys were great, leaving no mess and taking great care of my furniture etc. I waited approximately 6 weeks for the windows to arrive and I am very pleased with them. The whole process was made smooth and easy for me. I would definitely recommend.

I spoke to a very nice sales rep Monty who explained everything very well and gave me an amazing deal. But unfortunately finances don't allow me to go ahead at this time. I will definitely be back for a quote in the future. Highly recommend.

Honestly can’t fault these guys. From start to finish it was all really clear and efficient, no hard sell or confusing stuff, just straight to the point.

The lads who came to fit the windows were polite and friendly, turned up when they said they would, cracked on with the job, and left the place all clean and tidy.

The windows themselves have made such a difference already. The house is quieter, feels warmer, and they look spot on too. Great value for the money.
