Got myself a new guitar during lockdown from Kenny's and very happy with it. Would recommend this store and my Cort KX100 to anyone. First rate service.

Was looking for a reasonably priced pair of active speakers to use with my electric piano at home. Had found the PreSounus Eris E3.5 speakers then came across an ex display pair online at Kenny's music. Very easy to order, recieved VERY quickly and in as new condition. Thanks so much guys, very happy!! (they sound great too)

During lockdown I figured I'd treat myself to an electro acoustic

Once I found one, I looked around online @ costs & Kenny's Music was not the cheapest, but I called them & to discuss delivery options & they were so helpful - I ordered before 1200 & after being told it will be delivered within 48 hours, it was at my door in the West Midlands before 0900 the next day !

Very please with the level of service I received from Kenny's Music. Even though things are very displaced now with COVID-19, the team did everything they could to meet my expectations and I am very pleased I chose these guys to purchase the piano through.

I would gladly recommend these guys if you are in the market for a instrument.

There was no sign of "ex-demo" or "second-hand" on the page for the guitar I purchased yet the item I received was clearly used. The box wasn't in great shape. It must have been a return because there were old stickers on it and the larger one, the type that usually contains an address, was scribbled over with a black marker obviously to hide an address.

I found smudges, finger prints and a strand of hair on the guitar itself. I'm quite annoyed because my whole experience has been unsatisfactory. I paid for next-day delivery, but didn't receive the guitar until 5 days later. They did refund me the next-day delivery charge, but there wasn't any communication to let me know what happened. I just received an automated PayPal email showing the delivery charge refund amount.

I paid the same price as a new guitar I saw advertised elsewhere. If I'd known it was a used guitar, I would have probably purchased it elsewhere. I've purchased guitars before, and in fact, I purchased one days before from another store. I know what to expect when it comes to a new guitar.

I emailed the store again, but I've had zero response from them. I wish they could have been honest from the start. I checked out their reviews before I made my purchase and I was confident nothing would go wrong. I feel I have been mislead. However, I feel there must have been a mixup somewhere, but there have been no attempts by the staff here to contact me so we can rectify this issue.

** Update 1/19/20**

I have checked my spam folder and see your email regarding the delivery. However, the guitar has clearly been used. This coupled with the state of the box, the old labels with scribbled out addresses, the signs of wear and tear on the box, which is unusual for a brand new guitar, all make me know I will never shop here again.

I can blame myself, as I should have followed my gut feeling when I saw the guitar was being sold for over £60 less than what other stores were selling it for. It's obvious it was ex-demo or a return. There is no other reason the price would be cut.

I'll keep the guitar because I don't want to wait to receive another one. I won't be shopping here again. Only time will tell if the guitar has issues.

After frantically searching high and low for a specific guitar my son at the last minute had decided that he would like for Christmas and being told there would be no way it would be delivered for christmas , Kenny's music was the only place that offered delivery in time. Being a bit sceptical and keeping everything crossed I ordered the guitar on Friday afternoon and it arrived this morning well before the delivery time stated and before christmas like promised. Would definitely buy from here again.

Kenny's Music is Amazing great price , quality instruments , great service and comunication .I received the item in 24hours and before they informed at all time where the item is. Very professional!!!!!!!!

All staff were courteous and helpful. I ordered a student guitar which was delivered within 2 days. Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong size. Kennys music advised me to return it and they would send me the correct model. They despatched my replacement guitar on the same day the returned one was delivered. Great service!

very happy with purchase the only down fall being fedex waiting in for two days as the first day the said it was out for delivery was a no show .They notified at 6pm that it would be the next day by 6pm.

What a total disaster thought I was beating the Christmas rush by ordering online vouchers instead of braving the high street carnage but that didn’t work as I got a random call (which I nearly ignored) from a lovely woman in Inverurie 200miles away from me by the way saying she had received my vouchers with all my personal data 😔in this day & age this is not expectable fortunately she was honest enough to call me and forward the vouchers but what if she wasn’t.
