In the Dundee shop, Castle Street, I was assisted by Darren Raitt in the purchase of my instrument. Darren was very helpful and attentive in helping me make my choice. We also discussed guitars on display as I am also a guitarist. Great service. Will be back.

Went into Kenny’s music store in Glasgow and as same as the last time I had a great experience.I was approached by sandy cairns the guitar specialist who I’ve had previously met when I was in the Glasgow store a few months ago buying a Taylor 314 CE.On this occasion I was looking for a guitar with rosewood back and sides and again sandy done me proud with the Gibson J45 studio.I would like to thank Mr Cairns for his experience and time in finding me the Gibson J45 and getting it for a great price.Kennys music store is a great place to buy your gear and for a great price.thank you.Mr Stephen Rees.😁👍

I've just made my first purchase from Kenny's Music, which was a power supply for my pedalboard. The price was good and the ordering easy. The item itself arrived double-quick, especially considering I didn't opt for a premium delivery, and was well packaged.

Great guitar shop in Glasgow, went out of their way to track down the Epiphone flight case I had been searching for.

Bought a guitar from them which was not suitable for me. Telephoned them and Aaron in Aberdeen (big shout out) sorted out the return with no issues. Collected as stated. He was also very helpful and accommodating with advice etc. Great customer service and I can highly recommend Kenny's thank you 👍🏼👏🏼. Just an update ordered a guitar on 16/2/25 unfortunately wrong size. Order cancelled and refund issued straight away. These guys have set the standard imo for customer service well done and thanks 👍🏼

Recently bought an acoustic guitar from Kenny's. Second major purchase from the Glasgow store. Good staff who know what they're talking about, competitive prices and decent range of stock. The thing I like most is that the guitars they have on display are set up properly, so you can get a real sense of how good a particular guitar is and whether it suits you. Will keep using this store.

Purchased a pre owned ukulele at a great price over the weekend online. Was promptly dispatched & received in excellent condition as per the description if not better. Extremely happy & from my personal experience wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Great service. Saw a good deal on a guitar on their web page; called to ask some questions about it and it was in my house the next working day. Well set up too.

Popped into the Aberdeen store and was served by Aaron, really nice guy and had very impressive knowledge of all the stock! Been in to the store a good few times over the years and always found the stock to be really good, would definitely recommend!

After searching the net for a particular multi effects pedal I found stock showing in Dundee, a call to ensure this was correct my first communication and the second was calling back a short while later to confirm the purchase with a different member of staff, working in retail myself I have to say I was extremely impressed with both calls, the telephone manner in both cases was some of the politest I have encountered.
I am normally fairly cautious with distance sales but I felt confident I was in good hands, my goods arrived exactly as I was told they would and very well packaged, I was kept informed throughout and I can only say 'Thank You' for making it easy to purchase from you.

Thank you for doing honest business. I was searching on different websites for this piano and found out that Kenny's Music offers the cheapest price. I bought it for £278 with free delivery. Amazon sells it for £308. Delivery was very quick. It was dispatched on the same day I ordered and I received it the next day. I ordered it at 5am, it was dispatched at 4pm same day then I received it around 12pm next day by FEDEX. Very fast and efficient transaction. I would recommend buying from Kenny's Music.

Absolutely awful customer care and service from Kenny's Music in Glasgow. Bought a High end Fender guitar over £1500 packaged in a flimsy one cardboard box with a single piece of small bubble wrap on the bottom of box and one small piece on the top of the case. When I opened the box the case hinges were open and the side pocket open so all the pieces including trem metal arm had fallen out and surrounding the guitar. Back of the guitar neck now had scratches and dent on playing surface due to no care in packing guitar securely. Then after promising to collect quickly They forgot to book the return pick up and had to stay in all day- even phoned them to confirm the collection a day before and they couldn't be bothered to return my call after they promised to call me back and then I had to sort most of the issues out myself trying to speak to the shop all day when the courier didn't even turn up! Offered absolutely no compensation whatsoever for a extremely poor service and said they would pay for return! It was now a damaged guitar and this is standard policy yet they thought they were doing me a favour. Asked me to call the MD for next purchase - the arrogance to think I would ever deal with them again after my worst guitar buying experience over 40 years buying guitars ! Awful transaction in every way.

I refute completely that I was rude in my communication and I was impressed with your colleague James who was excellent throughout our communication. With regards to me not wanting to pay for return that I was told by one of your branches that was the case within 7 days. I was working on that premise. The guitar arrived with me with the case latches open and all the contents over the guitar inside. Also as described there were only 2 parts of small bubble wrap - one on the top and one on the bottom of the cardboard box. On its return I put more bubble wrap in personally to make the guitar safer for return to you.
It is up to each individual to provide feedback on their experience. I completely understand it was a second hand guitar having owned countless guitars for over 50 years and this one arrived with me poorly I am sorry to say again. I'm sure you have many many customers who have a great experience with your business but unfortunately I am not in that particular group. Again thank you for your feedback

Bought a new guitar from this place. Very happy with my purchase. Turned up well packaged and in perfect condition. Also customer support was pretty much instant when i had a query via email about changing the delivery date. 100% will buy my next one from here too cheers.

If there was ever an advert for buying from ebay then Kenny's Music in Aberdeen must be the best. I went in to have my guitar set up and tuned and was told by the assistant, as he briefly looked up from his phone, then they can't set and tune guitars in store. He did offer to send it to Dundee which would take a couple of weeks. A guitar shop that can't set up and tune a guitar? What a complete waste of time. If they can't offer and any aftermarket support what's the point of buying from their store - be as well buying gear from ebay and taking the chance.

Next day delivery is actually two working days , i thought buying local would be a good idea, i usually buy from Anderton`s in Guilford there next day delivery is next day & they are well into England will be sticking to them in future

Bought a lovely Casio piano from Kenny's music. Was kept informed throughout the entire process of buying and delivery by the team. Can't fault them at all and will certainly buy from again! My son has a couple of guitars....no doubt he will want another at some point...this is where we will get them!!

Great service from the the staff at Kenny’s Music Glasgow. Connor and Ian were top notch at advice and customer service. Also had my guitar set up and we chatted about my options and preferences, set up was hassle free and perfect.

Service was excellent, the staff were really helpful and honest. They delivered my guitar the next day, very well packed. Kenny's Music is definitely the best choice out there!
