I believed that Kelly Toronto was actually from Toronto and a real store. the dress I received was the wrong size , very light material(not denim). Then I looked into how to return and there is no help-I have to send it back to China to a warehouse(?)and pay the freight and customs.
I feel like I have been duped.

The items received were terrible quality. Fit is random-definitely not according to size ordered. Fabric is poor quality polyester, not the fabric types described. Overall, I cannot even donate these clothing items to the salvation army store as they are so terrible. Return is not possible according to their small print return policy since the items were "sale items".

I went down this nasty rabbit hole .. sucked in by photos that didn’t look anything like the products received. Having purchased online before with similar experience I vowed to vet the source more thoroughly.. but I still got taken.
I won’t return goods as the cost is more than what I paid for - buyer beware the old saying ‘if it too good to be true it most likely is’ .. run in the other direction !!

Cheap merch - not worth the $$, comes from China. Not a Canadian Company despite the name. Returns near impossible, you have to shell out $ to have item shipped back to Chinese warehouse. Beware, don’t buy!

The product was nothing like what was pictured … not a legit company

The ordering went right but from there all wrong!
Ordered 2 items, coat and a sweater. Coat arrived, looks nothing like advertised, looks completely different. The sweater was shipped separately, it says its delivered but I have never received it.
The CS is completely ignoring the both issues and not helpful at all. Sent them photo side by side of the coat, not acknowledging that it looks completely different and completely ignoring that I have never received the sweater. This company is a scam, would never recommend, please stay away!

-10 THIS is a scam site. I generally don’t get fooled, but this time I did. I paid $60 for a piece of shit sweater that was probably worth one dollar. The sizes are ridiculously small. I am donating mine to charity. It’s not worth the aggravation to return it. Lesson learned. Don’t buy from this site.

Awful awful clothing company. Sizes are China sizes, NOT North American. Quality of clothing is crap. Cheap materials at a HUGELY inflated prices. I was duped into spending $260 CDN and wouldn’t pay $50 for the quality I received if I had checked out reviews before ordering. DO NOT ORDER. Better value at a thrift store! And non refundable unless you want to go through the process of paying to ship it back to China within 30 days at your own cost.

I will give this company minus 1 star. Received my goods today and they do not represent good quality clothing from a Canadian company. Sob story about closing their stores. It’s the worse clothing, inferior fabric, style, no labels, fabric content, country of origin nor washing instructions. It’s overpriced, and pics are not the same. You’d be better off buying from inexpensive Chinese stores online.

Very skeptical, took forever to get here. Quality of products is disgusting. Nothing but a giant scam. They say there products are luxury and of high quality, what a joke. Kelly Toronto, everything is poorly made in China and all the pieces had a horrible smell.

The clothes sent are not as pictured. It’s a scam. They pretend to be a store in Toronto relocating, therefore having a sale, whereas the clothing is actually almost made of paper from China. Absolute crap. Dollar store clothes. Patently false advertising.

UPDATE: After several emails with Kelly Toronto, their only offer and final offer is to refund me 30% off of the dress I ordered or I can pay for shipping and custom fees to China if I want a full refund. It is their error in shipping the wrong dress, yet they want me to pay the cost to ship it back - what a scam. This company should be shut down. I have noticed my dress under other company names now, so please be aware before you purchase anything online. I cannot say it is the same company but it is suspicious.

Buyer beware. They send you a package but it is not what you ordered. Quality of product is terrible. They do not follow up on emails that are sent to them.

One step up from scam…at least they bother to send you something…if the dollar store sold clothes these would be the ones! Horrible quality and not even what was ordered. No stores in Canada. Why these Facebook pages and websites are allowed to be…
