Would give 0 stars if I could and will continue to review until I receive my refund. After weeks of back and forth to the customer service team about the cheap rubbish that was sent in the pack that was not age appropriate, I finally was told I could get a refund. I posted the pack back (at my own cost) and it was delivered on the 29th November.

I have emailed several times about my refund and they have not replied and I have not received it. DO NOT buy from this company.

Very unimpressed at what was received. Bought a large pack for a 2 year old for £30, plus delivery. I received the amount stated on the description (9 items and crayons) but the quality was very poor, and no snacks included. It may be an easy thing to buy for the convenience, but it’s really not worth the money. You can get more of the same quality for less than half the price in the works/the pound shop. I mostly received stickers, and other small bits not suitable for a 2 year old. They do state that they may include items over the age limit, however including a small 35 piece puzzle for a 2 year old is a joke. I complained and was offered a money off voucher for future use, which was rejected as I would not use them again. When I pressed the point that I feel like they misrepresent on their social media, I was ‘sent’ to another department and heard nothing else.

Awful as others have said not suitable for the age range really unsafe and massive choking hazard - no snacks. Complete con and junk.

Terrible delivery and customer service. I paid for priority delivery est 1-2 working days at £9.95.
Well 4 working days later it is STILL not here and the company have yet to reply to me to let me know what is going on!!
I spent £180 on the website. This is not good enough!
Not even an email to say order is being processed never mind dispatched!

Do not use this company. Still awaiting my order. Have requested refund on multiple occasions..still not received. Paid extra for premium delivery too. Terrible customer service.

Would give zero stars if I could! Purchased medium boys activity pack for age 1-3 years as it stated to pick the most appropriate age range (my son is 18 months) 4 out of the 7 contents were not suitable for 0-3 !! What the heck?! I'm purchasing a pack for age 1-3 years and all the items are choking hazard for 0- 3 years, so why on earth are they in this pack?! All items are cheap tat! The remaining 3 items are books, which are nit what a 1-3 year old would read/look at. Spoke to customer service to be told well you made the purchase so that's that. I said I want to return the item and was ignored, no response. Waste of money, unsafe for children's age range. Actually feel like taking this further for investigation. It's a scam basically. Don't buy from this company!!!!

Like many on here, I wish I had read the reviews first! Ordered the large boys pack & paid an additional £2 for it to be more age specific - all the contents were cheap and easily could’ve been bought from a pound store- definitely not worth £32 + pp!! Some of the items included were completely inappropriate for age and no snacks were included even though it’s advertised on their website. Don’t be scammed - please do not buy from this company!!

I ordered the medium pack for a 4-hour car ride, and it was an absolute lifesaver! It included a fantastic selection of books, crafts, and toys that kept my toddler entertained the entire trip. I highly recommend it to parents with toddlers or young kids!

I wish I read reviews here that are honest. And didn’t spend the money I did on a travel bag for my daughter.

First of all their false advertising of their video on their website shows that the owner herself says that bags are customisable. Which they are not, after I sent an email to put in my request for customisation for my daughter. I was met with a “oh sorry you were misled but we are changing the website and I’ll pass on the feedback”… Uhm, no. It’s not my problem that YOU have chosen to put false information that leads people to buy your products.

The entire bag is full of tat. Nothing worthy of £24.99 plus delivery. Not the least. I saw a pack for £5 worth wayyyyy more in The Works which would have been brilliant.

This company does not offer refunds. They honestly don’t know how to operate customer service. And I would stay clear of them and keep your money safe. Actually, go out and build your own bag. It’ll be way better for your own kids.

This is a complete and utter waste. And I honestly can’t believe there are people out there who think this level of cheap tat is good. It’s only going to the plastic landfill. It’s that bad. Very sad.

Do not bother wasting your money with this company, it is a complete scam. I purchased a pack for my 15 month old, even selecting the correct age and paying a surcharge, the products are complete unsuitable and in some cases dangerous (small ball bearings on a cardboard backed toy).

All their images indicate branded items and suggest a level of quality, however everything is incredibly cheap, I could have done better myself.

Have contacted the company to request a refund & their response was these toys are correct and I can have a 10% discount. I have refused as I will not be buying anything from them again

I have just received my order for three large bags for my grandchildren. Extremely disappointed with the content and quality of items. I could have put a better selection together for much less money. No snacks included. Not as described or shown in pictures. Completely overpriced waste of money. Returns are not accepted.

Ordered a large bag for my 16mth old when we fly next month. The bag arrived today and is just a lot of tat I could've bought for less than £10 (I paid £30). really disappointed with the bag and myself for not reading reviews beforehand.

I ordered a medium pack for my two-year-old son and an additional sensory pack, The medium pack arrived but only contained around five small items that were not age-appropriate.. despite being asked his age prior to submitting my order. The quality of the products were extremely poor and could’ve been purchased for a total of £3 not £25.99 that I was charged!

I was also missing the sensory pack that I purchased when I complained about this. I was told that I only made a partial payment and that if I wanted to receive the sensory pack I would need to pay a further £24. This is ridiculous because my bank would not allow partial payments..The transaction would have completely declined if they were not enough funds available.

Overall terrible customer service, terrible products, and an absolute scam.

Awful products received, not age appropriate. Small parts with toys stating 3+ when ordered a 12month old bag.
In the medium pack I received 7 items at a cost of £24.99
Will all end up in landfill.
I’ve emailed to discuss my disappointment and like others have said they won’t accept returns or refund.

Terrible product... all landfill. Not age appropriate. Bad value for money. And terrible customer service. Won't take returns and refund... against customer statutory rights. 1 star is too many.

Rubbish. The items for the value of money is ridiculous! I paid over £20 for a tacky dinosaur colouring book, 2 lots of crayons, some rubbish sticky toy thing that broke in seconds and some more rubbish colouring books. My son looked at it and then walked away. In the photos they show snacks but this isn’t the case no snacks were included and I complained about this, they said that they no longer add them. So why have the same photos advertising it? I wouldn’t recommend go to Poundland/amazon and make your own for less.

Absolute scam. Paid over £30 for a few cheap books and some awful plastic toys I could have picked up for peanuts from the corner shop. I ordered for a 12 month old and all of the toys had a warning label saying they weren't appropriate for kids under 3. Completely irresponsible on their part. Even under supervision (as they recommend) the toys are so cheaply made you wouldn't be able to grab the toy in time before a part broke off and your child was choking.
On top of all of this, being a so called 'travel pack' I was also sent a hatching unicorn toy which needs to be submerged in water for 48 hours. Not at all travel appropriate. When I contacted them so I could return I was told all I could get was a 10% discount.
Absolute scam. Go out and spend the money on some far better made toys that will last longer than a short flight time. For example the felt Montessori books from , will cost you the similar but last much longer

Age inappropriate items sent, potentially dangerous choking hazards for a baby. Very irresponsible after selecting the child's exact age as requested. Not only that the quality of the items is pretty awful. Cheap tat toys you wouldn't ever think of buying and a couple of books you'd pick up for a pound at somewhere like the works. Awful. Customer service terrible, not interested in any of the above.

Waste of money - do not buy. A lot of cheap tat and for my 5 year they included a book of school studies - handwriting practice etc - not what a 5 year old wants to do a plane on school holidays. A couple of good thing that you could have spent £5 on instead.
