Liars! The images include snacks that were not provided. When I contacted the company, they said that they no longer provide snacks and just haven't bothered to update their website yet. Well, then provide the snacks UNTIL you update the website rather than LYING to people about what is included.

Also included a smashed up make your own birthday crown kit. When I pointed out that it is not my child's birthday so this is a stupid thing to include, they said, it's a lucky dip so I guess you were just unlucky that it's nowhere near your child's birthday. The box was so smashed up I couldn't even give it to someone else to use.

They offered me a 10% discount on my next order, which is obviously useless as I wouldn't order again anyway, especially when they have been so rude to me. Awful experience. BTW, you can buy similar packs at The Works now, so I would recommend that instead.

I ordered the PlanePal and paid for Next Day Delivery as we were flying on the 15/5 . It was dispatched on Monday 12/5 and arrived on Thursday 15/5 when we were at the airport. This is clearly not Next Day.
I contacted them and Martin emailed me back to apologise and to reach out when I returned to return it which I did.

I was then met with silly emails asking me to take a picture of the item (which I hadn’t opened as I didn’t need it). After much back and forth, they then said it was delivered in the correct time scale and would not refund me.
Now, next day delivery to me is next day delivery. Which I paid for. I am now reaching out to Plane Pal to inform them not to supply to this dodgy company and will be sharing my story so no one else falls foul of this.
Awful company. Avoid.

I purchased a backpack from them for my son and in it's place they sent a lunch box. Now they've told me they don't have any of the backpacks and I can have a 10% refund or 10% discount for future purchases. Total con job. I didn't do my research, more fool me. I'll stick to Amazon next time and avoid sh1tty little companies like this.

I feel totally conned by this company and wish I had found these reviews, rather than the clearly filtered reviews they choose to feature on their website.
I ordered a pack for my 18 month old and paid an additional amount to ensure it was age appropriate. I received only one item that would maybe keep him entertained for a very short while, everything else was too advanced for him and a few were clearly choking hazards (a small ball/catch toy is 1. Not appropriate for a plane 2. A serious choking hazard for under 3s).

I've been trying to get a refund now for weeks to no avail. Will be reporting to trading standards

What a complete waste of money. They sent me cheap, poorly made products that are not age-appropriate. Several of the toys broke upon opening them. Contacting customer service is an absolute joke. Make your own kit or look elsewhere!

The order came in (relatively) good time and the drawstring bag itself will be useful to carry other toys in.

The contents received, unfortunately, seem cheap and definitely not worth the £29.99 I paid. With hindsight, I could've gone to the pound shop and bought the contents of the bag, I definitely would've saved myself upwards of £20.

My child is 18 months old, and although I do acknowledge a note on the site that says 'age is just a guide please be aware that items marked for older children will be included', they still ask for your child's age, which seems irrelevant after I saw what id received. Quite a few of the items that I received will probably not suit my 18month old: 3 colouring books and a couple of items which are aged 3+. There's probably only 2 items in the pack that would be suitable and she will enjoy.

Personally, I wouldn't spend this amount again, definitely much cheaper alternatives to entertaining your child on a flight, that will probably suit your child's age better.

Pretty disappointing. A couple of bits of cheap tat, a couple of colouring books and a sticker book for £30. Most items have to be removed as not age appropriate despite including age of child as advised. Wish I’d opted for the £5 travel set from The Works instead.

Like many reviewers I’ve been totally scammed by this company and if I could give them a lower score I would. I adhered to their returns policy and they took a month and endless emails to refund me (over £200) DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I wish I had read the reviews do NOT buy it is a load of rubbish. Wasn't age appropriate for my 16 month old boy and could buy everything for about £5 . So disappointed. This company should be shut down for false advertisement and I will be reporting to trading standards .

Wish I could give 0 stars. Total rubbish, cheap tat that doesn’t cost more than £1 from a charity shop. The age recommendation is ridiculous, a cheap soft toy that my son looked at for a second and then chucked. A few cheap colouring books. I don’t know an 18month old that would sit and colour for long period of time? Some useless stickers. I wish I could say it kept him entertained for 1 minute but not even. Nothing like as advertised and nothing age appropriate or remotely engaging for a toddler. What a waste of money. How is this company still in business?

Very sad to say that these packs are a waste of money. We bought 2 of the large bundles for girls (one 3-5 years and one for 1-3 years) priced at £27.99 each without delivery.

Whilst the colouring and reading books are ok, they’ve hardly got any pages in and so could easily be bought from the Works for £1/£2 and we’ve only got 5 in each pack. Of the toys, most are extremely flimsy plastic and are likely to break after a minutes use by a toddler and a 4 year old, the others are highly unsuitable for journeys other than in your own car as they’ll either make a mess, parts will get lost instantly, or you’ll be hated by everyone around you from flying pieces of plastic landing on their laps (one item included with the 1-3 pack was a ball throwing thing where the ball will be instantly lost). I suspect the toys could be bought from the Works or Amazon for around £2 and we’ve got 4 of them.

So all in all, we’ve probably got around £15-18 of things in the bag, most of which I’ve had to take out before our flight to make sure we’re not chucked off the plane for being a nuisance to everyone around us. I know the picture says it’s just an example of what could be included, but I agree with other reviewers that it’s highly misleading as the toys in the pictures look much more robust and like they’d be worth the amount you’re spending on the pack. There’s also none of the snacks included as per the picture and no mention of why this is pictured if it’s not included at all.

I could easily have got more, better quality things if I’d made these packs up myself from shopping on Amazon or at the Works. The drawstring bag is nice, but certainly not worth the extra £10 I spent on these packs.

I'd really hoped that buying these would be a huge timesaver ahead of our holiday and some fun new things for our girls to try, but I’ve been left very disappointed and fairly out of pocket. Maybe I just got 2 bad packs, but even so, I’d suggest saving your money and making them up yourself and I certainly won’t be buying them again sadly!

For the price, the quality was shockingly poor. I’d recommend saving your money and buying from somewhere like Temu instead—honestly, it feels like the same products with a hefty markup. Several toys were already broken as I took them out of the packaging: plastic pieces fell off the fidgets, and a doll arrived with a missing arm, looking like it had been dragged through a hedge backwards.

I wasn’t going to leave a review until they emailed me asking for one, so I decided to share my experience directly. Their response? They offered to replace the broken items (which were flimsy and unsafe for toddlers—serious choking hazards) or give me 10% off my next order. That made me laugh, as there’s no chance I’d order from them again.

Overall, very disappointed. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

I'd I could give zero then I would. Grossly misleading customers into purchasing bundles of entertainment toys, which are nothing like what is advertised. I received less than half of what I was sold, and despite raising it almost immediately the company have taken 2 weeks to respond and the response is that I have to pay for tracked return postage, despite the fact I paid for postage in the first instance also. Absolutely shoddy and yet they tout the Royal Family as customers, avoid avoid avoid!! You could easily get this stuff in The Works or even Poundland for a fraction of the cost. Honestly don't do it.

I purchased a large pack for age 3-5 for my daughter who is almost 4. The items came in a nice drawstring bag and delivery was very fast, however that is where the compliments end.

The items are woefully bad and significantly overpriced and it's clear from negative reviews here that they don't really care and just want your money. They used to provide snacks and no longer do so, although the pictures on the website do not reflect that change and of course the price hasn't changed either.

We received a small greasy unicorn toy in a plastic egg with sharp edges, some sticker books, a phonics book, a small and flimsy mermaid doll and a squishy pug toy. We also got an incredibly poorly made cardboard bat and ball on a string that was assembled backwards and broke instantly.

It didn't ruin our daughter's day because I had already bought some back up items to fill the bag but it was one hell of a rip off. Save your money and go to the works instead, they have travel packs between 5 and 10 pounds and the tat is just as tatty but you won't feel bad about your wallet being abused. Plus the staff are lovely and their delivery is also prompt. This company is a bit of a scam.

For the price, £23.99 + Delivery for a medium girls pack, we are very disappointed. Mostly cheap tat, one toy, a plastic horse/baby thing, was some how dirty whilst still in it's packaging. We got the 3-4 age and for some reason a mini chess set was a good idea. Only okay with was some stickers but for the price, greatly disappointed and I'd avoid using this company, no where near what I'd expect for that price and poorly advertised.

Very disappointed with the contents and left a bad review. I was contacted by someone from the company saying they’d like to offer a measly 10% discount on the next one and could I send them my email address so they could send a discount code. Never heard back!

Found this company on Instagram and I can’t stress enough how much of a relief these packs were. We had our annual family trip to Turks and Caicos this past Easter Weekend traveling with two toddlers 3 and 2.
My husband and I were worried about keeping them occupied and not crying for 6 hours on flight and couldn’t have been happier when we ordered the entertainment packs from this company. It came with sensory toys, books, games, and coloring activities that kept them pretty much busy the whole time until we got there! I am definitely trying the Plane Pal next time

Great activities for my 4 year old daughter. Came with colouring book, activity book, spot the difference book, ABC letter practicing book, stickers, mermaid, slinky, crayons, a sensory bracelet and a mini handheld game.
Kept her occupied all day with things she can do without adult help. Great idea
