Be careful with Christmas deliveries
I ordered some cycling tops as a Christmas present via Keada's Decathlon UK site on 3 December - next to every Keada item on the Decathlon site it said 365 days to return for members, plus the vast majority of retailers allow an extended returns period anyway for Christmas presents. Unfortunately the tops did not fit, I set a return up on 4 January via Decathlon. The other two retailers in the return responded promptly, there was nothing from Keada. Decathlon chased and finally got a response - Keada refused the return as they have a strict 30 day returns and I was a day too late. I've contacted them directly and they're not budging on this. So if you are buying Christmas presents from them whether direct or via Decathlon do NOT do it until nearer Christmas and be VERY quick to sort your returns or else use another retailer that has an extended festive returns policy.
