Firstly, we are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your camping table. We have sold many of these with no complaint.
As your review is the first we have heard of you being unhappy with the quality of the table, should you still have this, we would be more than happy to arrange a collection for return and on receipt of the return process a refund to you.
In terms of our communication to you, you would have received an automated email that confirmed your order on the day your order was placed. Followed by an email with a Tracking link, once your order was despatched. The expectation is then that customers monitor their tracking links for updates.
When you contacted us, the tracking link for your order was not ready. We aim to deliver all products within 6 working days, yours was delivered in 4.

Great customer service

They responded to my request and told me to just refuse the delivery. I was charged just a few pound for the inconvenience. I would very much recommend this company.

Major DIY job
The deckchair said it needed assembly - but arrived as literally a pile of sticks and screws with the most basic instructions. No pre drilled holes either. Good product when built but assembly needs to be a lot cleaner as to what’s involved

Excellent customer service
I purchased a lovely mirror which I noticed was scratched, I contact the company and they emailed back right away and arranged a courier, they also processed a replacement. However when repackaging the mirror for return I noticed that it had been damaged while it was being hung up, I contacted the company as in good conscience I couldn’t now return it. However the company were quick to reply again and kindly offered the replacement. Fast, efficient and fantastic customer service. Definitely recommend!

Flimsy is putting it mildly!
The 100cm x 200cm (allegedly) bed arrived in one small box, just a lot of poorly machined, poorly finished (between us we had 3 splinters), flimsy bits of poor quality wood. The supplied bolts and screws were not of the correct size, and if used would have either split or poked through the supposedly paired bits of wood. Guide holes/grooves were not properly placed and the entire thing was pitifully flimsy. I got the impression that putting a decent mattress on the frame would have resulted in it's collapse. The "legs" were less than 2cm thick, and the side rails were similarly pathetically thin and flimsy. Yes, I'm using the word "flimsy" a lot because that's the word that overwhelmingly applies.
In the end, we didn't even finish building this frame, just gave it a push, watched it collapse, and took it to the recycling centre. A total waste of money. My old bed frame, solid pine, cost only £10 more than this abomination (and is still available at the same price) and lasted for years. This frame is certainly *not* worth the £92 I paid for it, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Delivery Service is a Nightmare
Parcel has been dispatched for delivery by yodel and their service has been a nightmare. Customer experience would have been better if after purchase did not have so many issues with delivery company.

Good Evening Lauren, thank you for your feedback, however, we do think it a little unfair that you are scoring us on Yodels failure to deliver to you. We do offer free delivery and at the moment the country is facing its most challenging times with Covid cases and Christmas deliveries, we were very clear on on our delivery policy that this could impact some logistics partners and we asked for our customers to be patient.
Yodel have had your order since the 11th December and we are sure would have attempted a delivery to you. Should you need our assistance in trying to support you with this, please let us know.
For future reference Yodel do have their own Trust Pilot for you to post your frustration with their service on.

We strive to offer excellent customer service, however, it is inevitable that sometimes things out of our control go wrong with orders. Unfortunately once your order has been despatched we are in the hands of our courier partners who despite facing into the challenges with the increased Covid cases and demands of Christmas volumes, still manage to meet the majority of our delivery deadlines. Customer service is important to us, however, I would like to draw to your attention again to the fact that we cannot refund an item that is in transit to you, just because you changed your mind after ordering. We will however, collect and refund the item as soon as it arrives with you.
We appreciate your patience whilst your order is in transit to you via our courier partner, who are experiencing some delays due to the growing Covid cases affecting all businesses.
Poor design
Poor design, a structural piece of wood missing. Wood wet, knotty and fungus in places. Complete pack of screws missing. Rickety result. Nothing predrilled or even pre marked. A health and safety hazard. Pretty awful. Delivery was OK.

Thank you for your feedback. Customer satisfaction is paramount to us and we are disappointed that you have received the incorrect product.
We did receive your email dated Wed 10/11 @ 14:51 and responded to this on Thu 11/11 @ 03:04 and again Fri 12/11 @ 16:37.
In both of these emails we ask that you send us a picture of the SKU number on the box of the item, so that we can investigate this our end. We also ask for you to provide us with a convenient date Mon to Fri (allowing 72 hours) for us to arrange a courier to collect the cabinet from you, so that we can arrange for the correct cabinet to be sent. Unfortunately, we have received no response from either email and request that you check your Spam/Junk folders as these could be appearing here.
We are still keen to assist you in rectifying the problem with your order and ask that you follow the above to allow us to do this for you.
We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you.

I'm already prepared to edit the review and increase to 4 stars for the incredibly quick reply here, I will add however that although I did get the tracking I got no other replies, I've thoroughly checked.
Although I'm very happy with my purchase and it was delivered on time your communication is awful, I sent 3 email enquires and got zero replies, doesn't fill me with confidence if I had an issue with my purchase.

Thanks for the feedback. We are glad you like your purchase, however, are disappointed that you feel we lack communication with you around your 2 emails to us. We have found that some of our responses sometimes appear in our customers spam/junk folder.
We can however, confirm that we responded to your enquiries on 05/10/21 @ 18:19 and again on 06/10/21 @ 19:06 both of these responses were within 1 hour of your communication to us. We also sent you a tracking link for your order on 07/10/21 @ 13:15.
