Excellent service from my first call to getting a quote then it being fitted. No mess and my old door was taken away. Absolutely delighted.

Excellent service from the original quote through to the installation. The door was as quoted, arrived on time and was fitted as expected. The sales staff were friendly, helpful and responsive. The installation team arrived on time, fitted the door without fuss, explained how it operated and left the site clean and tidy. All in all a job well done.

Brilliant service from start to finish, doors are great quality, installation was quick and no mess left, when I mesaged I got a reply quickly

The service was excellent from start to finish. Friendly and helpful, and the team arrived on time and were courteous. The timescale from order to delivery was as expected and the fitting was done in a timely manner. We are very pleased with our new garage door.

Very happy with Kay Garage Doors, from first contact, a visit to the showroom and then the supply and fit of our garage door. Interaction with Scott and then the installation team was great - communicative and professional. Would recommend!

Recently had my new garage door fitted and the service from start to finish was fantastic. From dealing with Scott over the phone to the fitter doing a great job providing a very clean look finish. Installation was less the a couple of hours and the fitter took my old door away and cleaned up after himself. Very easy process and definitely fair prices. I would certainly recommend.

Friendly, knowledgeable, staff, timely communication. Efficient, tidy, installation at a competitive price. Delighted with new garage door.

The guys arrived with new garage door on time as they said they would. Great company I would recommend them for anybody needing a replacement garage door.

Really impressed with Kay Garage Doors and would have no hesitation in recommending them as a reliable and professional local company. Their communication and workmanship for start to finish was excellent and we are delighted with our new garage door.

Replacement Garage Doors
These guys did an absolutely brilliant job. Turned up when they said they would. Doors were installed promptly and efficiently. All mess and waste tidied up. They look great. Just wished I had found them years ago. Would not hesitate to recommend them. Thanks guys.

Had been loyal to different Garage door company in the region. Became disillusioned after the automatic door started playing up and the service costs from the other company were almost the same as a Quality Door from Kay Garage Doors. When I visited the Kay showroom they proved that customer and service can be combined. From the initial contact to completion we received a superb service and quality installation. Recommend Kay Garage doors 100% for any Garage Door supply/install/upgrades within the Central Belt of Scotland.

Great job and very competitive price on the new motor for my garage door. Very polite and friendly service.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Product looks amazing, would definitely recommend Kays garage doors to anyone.

Very pleased with our new garage door which has all the benefits of insulation, good draught seals, motorised raising / lowering, and NO WOODEN POSTS TO ROT … as we had with our original up-and-over door! Very efficiently installed in the timescale predicted, and all debris removed.

We are extremely happy with our new garage door. Scott and the team were all brilliant to deal with and they did everything they said they would do on time and to an excellent standard (even though they encounter issues with the squareness of the garage during fitting).

We also thought that the pricing was very fair.

I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering new garage doors.

Just had our garage door replaced. Really pleased with the result. The guys at Kay were all really easy to deal with and all done with minimal fuss for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Very pleased with Kay Garage Doors. From first initial query, inspection and then fitting they have kept us informed. On the day of fitting it was completed in under three hours and they left the garage neat and tidy. Invoice in quickly as I requested and receipt and guarantee sent out within 24 hours. The door is a first class piece of kit and so are Kay Garage Doors in my opinion. I can certainly recommend them to any future customers. Duncan Cameron
