Scam. Item never arrived. Currently in the process of getting my money back from the bank

Placed and paid for order via TikTok advert … never received 🤬

Total scam order been in transit for 31days, customer service non existent!! Do not waste your time and money

I would love to give this 0 stars. Ordered a as present for my granddaughter, I emailed them to find out where my parcel was and they said it was with the courier and should be delivered shortly. I go into the website and no surprise it’s all disappeared, no emails nothing. I wish I checked the reviews first.
Now to try and get my money back. Well I can wish.

I wish I would have checked reviews on TrustPilot FIRST. However, I did not and as a result got scammed like so many others did too. Luckily, my bank gave me my money back. But yeah - do not do any business with this company. They showed up in my FB feed, and I have been ordering stuff for Christmas.... Stay away from this business. I never received the item nor did they ever respond to my emails.

This is the first time I have been scammed! Should have check Kavonu rating before placing and paying for my order. Don't order from this sight. You will never see your money or purchases. So many others have had the same experience with Kavonu that I have. I have learnt a valuable lesson. Use trusted sites with good reviews and to Jason (proberbly not his real name or even a person) shame on Kavonu ripping trusting people of their money. Karma is coming mate...

This order of November 20 is never coming! I thought buying through Shop protected you from these scammers but, sadly, I was very wrong. £40 I’ll never see again! I wish really horrible things on this bunch of criminals!

SCAM! Do not use this website! I ordered a present for my son’s birthday at the beginning on nov when I emailed the company they said it was on its way. Made contact again no reply and still haven’t received the parcel and now the website is down! Absolutely a con and I would not recommend using this website! Money taking b*******!!! SCAM!

Paid £40 for fairy catcher toys for granddaughters and now site disappeared and no order arrived. Have no idea how to try and get my money back. So angry .

Scam website that operates on Instagram. Have raised a case with Amex to get my money back. Website is down and my order details have disappeared. Steer clear !

this company was clearly out to scam everyone I know it's only 43 dollars but to take people's money and run is lower than a snakes belly probably Chinese rip off artists
