I felt instantly at ease when I met Kathy. I have found Kathy's mentoring extremely empowering and she has an innate ability of filling me with hope. Her positivity is infectious and uplifting. It made me realise and instilled the belief that my life could get better and gave me hope that I could make the changes I needed to make. Kathy has helped me to free myself from the quick sand that surrounded me I feel happier in myself and am now aware of positives in my life and that I can change my life for the better.
