I’m Kathleen Grace MacPhee, a certified Pilates, Barre, and strength instructor from Prince Edward Island, Canada. I signed up for the winter challenge, not expecting too much. But Kathleen keeps you engaged, and I love the encouragement you get from these videos. Modified workouts that keeps you coming back and the accountability! I’ve always been active but some health issues over the last few years really set me back and I felt I was aging fast and not strong at all. Well after doing this 6 week challenge I’m definitely getting stronger and I am starting to feel better about myself. It was a challenge the first few weeks and didn’t know if I could continue but the encouragement kept me coming back for the next day’s workout. I’m happy I stuck with it… so silver it is and looking forward to the year ahead. Thank you Kathleen Grace fitness for the motivation!!!!
I like many things.
1. Her teaching style and how she lets us know at the beginning of each class what the layout is.
2. She has modifications.
3. I like that her Mum joins sometimes.
4. The class schedule she provides as I can set myself up with what I need for the class (eg the props) and know how long the class will be.
5. I like that it is a small Cdn business.
6. Mindful Mondays

I wish there was more time to transition between floor and standing exercises.
I wish there was a bit more information as to the types of exercises so I could determine the weight appropriate for me before we get right into it. Eg the schedule will say medium weights but I may not have the strength for triceps work.
Love how different all the workouts are. The schedule and rewards kept me motivated. Highly recommend signing up!

I love that my workouts are all planned for me and I can do them at home. Extremely time and cost-effective. They are not so hard that you can’t walk the next day, but they are definitely not too easy . I have never been this consistent with exercise before. After 5 weeks I already notice a huge difference in my energy and strength. I never had muscle definition like this … even when I was an active 20 year old!

Format and delivery of classes is right for my needs and schedule; workouts are varied and well demonstrated and planned; additional health and nutrition info is a bonus; rates are reasonable; presenters are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

I love that it is a small business based in Canada and I appreciate the accountability with weekly check-ins and the personalized content to keep me motivated. I also appreciate that I can do things at my own pace and pause videos as needed. I've been pleasantly surprised at how much I've being able to do and really appreciate Kathleen's frequent reminders that we are there to challenge ourselves, not to compare ourselves to anyone else. Prior to KGF, I have done individual private Pilates and weights as well as group Pilates classes and I feel like this is going to be the better fit for me as far as keeping consistent. Thanks, KGF! ☺️💪

I love Kathleen’s program. I started with a challenge and ended up buying the silver membership. I am 42 and it has got me back into exercising regularly. She offers modified moves so that her workouts reach a variety of fitness levels. The 30 minute workouts are easy to fit into my busy schedule. I’m very grateful to have found these workouts!

Joined the 6 week Winter Shake-Off Challenge and I'm loving it so far. The workouts are great with options to challenge or modify. On week 4 and I'm still very motivated to work out each day.

Great classes... short but effective. I was unsure of online classes but so far 3 weeks into the challenge I have stayed consistent, and have not lost interest in them. Signed on for the silver membership as right now Kathleen's classes fit into my day.
