9th Update, It has not been sent, most probably due to the fact, I have a job, which I hasten to add I do professionally it's a fair comment to say I am a little bit behind because I am constantly having to respond to a mediocre awful company, that's trying to avoid blame. And I will call it out now, I'll bet you every drop of water on this earth you'll come back with an excuse... You still cannot comprehend the more you respond the worse you are looking. In moments after this review response is live they'll be an email landing in the inbox.

7th Update I raised this online via your "Official app chat" Every day I was informed it's in progress... It's been escalated... A manager will contact you... It will be done in 24 hours... From this, I understand your organisation knows of the issue. Therefore your should of could of comment utter irrelevant.
Katch keep responding and I'll continue to prove how inadeaqtue you are. This does not affect me! but more so your organisation as you are just proving here to the world wide web, your lack of incompetence and poor service. A Gmail address, very professional? .. I was expecting a Katch associated address
6th Update... I have provided the details over 7 times now. Can I kindly suggest you give me an email address and I'll send them over for an eighth time.
5th Update!. Denial, Deflect and excuses... You've taken my money and now you want me to pay to call an international number....Respectfully can you crash The basics of Customer Service. For the benefit of doubt, I have given all these details in the online chat 5 times. Additionally I had a request from trust pilot to submitted, Dates, names and purchase transactions ID's of which I have done.
4th Update! Katch reach out to me here through private message. Which as a registered business user you could have done in the first place. I will then share all the necessary information.
3rd update Katch - Your response clearly indicates to trust pilot users that your left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
For clarity for "7" days I was promised a refund and someone to reach out. Nothing transpired, hence my review and feedback. Polite suggestion check your chat logs on your app...
This is a genuine review I have Google transaction ID as verification of purchase. Do not be FOOLED by katch indicating this is not an authentic review, it's there way of trying to cover up there unprofessional company and really shockingly poor service
Awful app, full of fakes and AI.
I had an awful experience there are better genuine apps out there.
