Absolutely fantastic experience! First time ever having a car via leasing and can honestly say I wish I had done it sooner. Ryan White was the person sorting out my new car and he was fantastic every step of the way. I was fully informed throughout the whole process and Ryan was always happy to answer any questions I had. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely made you feel cared about as a customer! A massive credit to your company. My new car was delivered today and I couldn't be happier. I was sent an email the day before from Ryan advising me on what to look out for in case of any marks on the vehicle, to make sure the car book/charger etc was in there and to note down the mileage. This was super useful as again this is the first time I have ever done this! The person (I think his name was Melvern) delivering the car was also excellent - friendly and explained everything about the car. This company and its employees really has surpassed my expectations. Thank you so much and I will definitely be coming back for my next car!!
