Please everyone avoid she’s a scammer.

Same thing has happened to me regarding her being a fraud 2nd July she took my payment my outfit should have arrived second week July. She lies constantly has misplaced the tracking number and apparently it’s with Royal Mail. She’s a con artist and she has done this to many many people.. evil 👿 please avoid she’s will mentally drain you.. pay they extra money and go to a faithful and honest business. She is not worth the hassle..

And no she hasn’t refunded £437 for my outfit she claims when she recieves the package back she will give back to me.. please if you have a wedding and are desperate don’t look for someone desperate like her. There’s many good ones just because she is a bad apple/fraudster.

Had ordered an outfit and she had said it would be here for 1st week of July
After chasing her uk about it she made excuses about it being closed due to Muharram
Then another excuse about boarder force holding her parcel when asked for a refund she refused as she has policies in place
Now her excuse is it’s her brothers wedding week so she will deal with it later
The wedding was for the 15 th July
She has not sent no proof of tracking . I truly believe she hasn’t even ordered my clothes but taken the money
It is now the 18th no outfit received.

Will be going to the bank to report her as a scammer and will be going to trading standards

🛑 Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend Kapra by Yus 🛑

I placed an order with Kapra by Yus in March 2025, paying £800 in full for four outfits, with the clear request and confirmation that they would be delivered well before Eid. Despite giving them four months’ notice, and receiving multiple reassurances that my order would arrive on time, it is now July 2025 - the day of my brother’s Walima – and I still have no outfits.

I’ve been patient and understanding, but this is beyond unacceptable. I trusted this company with an important order for a major family event, and they completely let me down. They offered false promises, failed to deliver on time, and left me scrambling on a day that was meant to be special.

After four months, the delivery is still in transit, and I have no idea when or if I’ll even receive what I paid for.

This has been a deeply stressful and upsetting experience, and I cannot in good conscience recommend Kapra by Yus to anyone. If you’re considering ordering from them, please think twice – especially if you have time-sensitive events like weddings.

AVOID!! SCAM! Outfits not like picture, one had wrong measurements which she said she would get altered but had to chase her for months to send me a return label which she didn’t and ended up asking for a refund which she didn’t send. It’s a long battle. Extremely rude, snappy and gaslights when asking for basic consumer rights. Ordered a dress in January told it was on process in April and then in may was told to choose an alternative because something of the dress was missing. 2 weeks before I needed it!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! What you see on insta with MUAS AND INFLUENCERS is what they want you to see but regular people will be treated like dirt!

I ordered an outfit that never turned up. She had 4 months to send me a readymade outfit. She promised I would have it by the end of April and still nothing. Now struggling to get refund.

Also, the seller has 2 Trustpilot pages. Detailed review on the other one as that one has more positive reviews which Im certain are her own family/friends or influencer she gives free clothes to, in return for promotion for her awful business.

I wouldn’t even give this 1 star, dress arrived nothing like the images ordered. Quality of the dress was awful, half of the lining missing. The dress is unusable - what a waste of money. Avoid!!!

I’ve had the worst experience ever with this company. I bought I suit in July and was confirmed for a September delivery which at the time suited my timelines. 5 months have passed and I’ve not received my suit. The person in charge of the what’s app would not allow for a refund and denied responsibility of the order. I have paid over £200 for this suit and was meant to be worn at a family wedding early October. Although they came recommended, it seems that they didn’t live up to their reputation. I don’t recommend any one to order from this company, particularly as they do not issue refunds or apologies and there’s absolutely no accountability to any issues with your order, any normal company would at least try to be resourceful and helpful towards the customer when issues arise. instead when I contacted the team, I got a very snappy voice note on what’s app. You will have to also keep chasing as they’re not courteous enough like any decent company to provide an update. It’s a very disgraceful.

This seller is a scammer. Item was ordered in July with promise it would arrive for August, however it was never received. When chasing the seller Sarah Malik, I never really got an explanation what had happened to my order other than her personal excuse of being in hospital. She then said item was posted in September but she failed to provide proof of postage. Again I reiterated my concern to her and asked for a refund to which she said she would process but then never raised the payment and her pathetic excuse was she needs to go the bank to process. I subsequently reported her to the bank as scammer and informed her of this. She then asked that I cancel my claim against my bank with the promise she would issue my refund. Again after chasing her for payment on several occasions and trying to communicate with Sarah, I still never got my refund. I have been very patient, polite and understanding throughout but she has been very rude, lies and keeps saying she is in hospital. Her personal issues should not effect consumer rights. Please don’t risk purchasing from this idiot because she is a fraud. This business has since been reported to trading standards.
Trading standards also mentioned that this business has been reported by other customers and is flagged up on their system and under investigation.

I wouldn’t even give her 1 star she is just awful
They promise to deliver at a certain date and after you pay the item is delayed by months
The sizing is not right and the customer service is awful
They lie about order updates avoid!!

I ordered an outfit after seeing it on their story. Medium size for a wedding. When i recieved this it was an extra small at a 17 inch chest! I let her know this was the wrong size and not a medium. I was told initially that it was a medium from the size chart. Anyone who orders clothes knows a 17 inch chest isnt a M. After me disputing this further, she agreed there was a mistake. She then said their tailor could open this, this option was not what we wanted as we paid for a suit that was stitched at M size and having to open up the whole suit shoulders, arms and chest as it was sewn to a XS would ruin the suit, not to mention there wasnt enough space for that. I asked for a refund which was refused. i further continued to state that this was their mistake and not mine as it was the wrong size, therefore i was entitled to one. She agreed to a refund. I sent the details to be told she had issues with her account so would have to go into the bank. Couldnt access internet banking etc. Then it was she was in hospital, then a few days later it was she was admitted to hopsital, then it was further account issues. Throughout all her supposed admission she was posting all day every min. Still gave her the benefit of the doubt. Then she said she had gone to the bank and processed it via buisness account would take 5-7 days. Asked for proof. None sent. No refund came, then she said sorry made a mistake with details ive done it again. Still 7 days later no refund. At this point it was evident that she had no intention to do the refund and had been making excuses and wasting time. When I said I am going to the bank to report as scam and fraud in 2 minutes she said oh its just gone through.. she sent a faster payment that moment and said the previous payment went through.. like we wouldnt know. 4 weeks this whole process took!. Its a scam. Clothes are not what they seem atall. Customer service is shocking. Didnt even refund the delivery we paid to send the item back when it was their mistake. Shes condescending, gaslits and i wish i had read the reviews. Do not waste your time!

I ordered and paid for an outfit on 18 May on the basis it would arrive for Eid (second week of June). There was no communication in the run up to Eid so I chased only to be told it wouldn't arrive on time. Funny thing is, a MUA who ordered the same outfit received hers but even as of 9 August, I still hadn't recieved my clothes. It was always on me to chase Sarah Malik and when I did, she at times was very condescending, even saying that I had no right to a refund though taking my money and not sending an outfit. When I said I'd be taking it further if my money wasnt returned, the outfit had suddenly been posted. I requested tracking details that were promised but never shared. A week later, still no clothes so again, I asked for a refund. I was gaslit by Sarah saying I was being difficult, and that no one had asked for their money back.
Finally, I made the decision that before going down the small claims route, to notify my bank who agreed it was a purchase scam and got in touch with the receiving bank. Miraculously Sarah refunded my money but wanted me to get in touch with my bank about my report. I honestly would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Not only did they hold onto my money for months on end; this was weeks after I a difficult childbirth and through all that, I wasted so much time and energy chasing this absolute awful human being who had zero regard and respect for me and from what it seems, most of the customers who have posted on here.

Ordered an outfit which I made full payment for before hand. Was told it’s a brand new suit. Once I received the item it wasn’t in actual designer box considering the price I paid still thought never mind. My god I opened up the top had makeup stains all over. Arms were ripped to say the least. Trousers had mud on bottom and were ripped from the top. I instantly messaged on instagram and was told ‘hun it’s new’ I sent pictures and proof of my order which I received. I then was told that she has a studio in which people try on clothes, which I understand but then don’t advertise and take payment for a suit that isn’t new. I was told to send it back had to pay for shipping myself. Worst customer service. I would not recommend at all as very rude.

Do not order. Awful customer service and even worse at measuring/ sewing clothes. Has messed up my clothesmeasurements twice and when i told her she said ‘it’s not an issue’. So it’s ok for a customer to pay £245 of their hard earned money to not receive what they paid for. She also never replies you will have to ask for one thing at-least 3/4 times before you get a reply and she blamed it on having ‘ a family wedding’ herself. Which is ridiculous, why should your personal life affect your business. Wish i checked the reviews beforehand defo would not have ordered.

I wouldn’t give even one star, I ordered something two months ago and still wasn’t delivered. I kept politely asking for updates every two weeks but always an excuse. Then I asked after two months and they blamed the designer and their own personal issues?! She then went on to cancel my order because I was questioning her and said I was disappointed. The service was appalling and in the end spent £125 for the order to be cancelled after two months. I genuinely would not waste your time.

Sarah has been very helpful Everytime I have placed an order with them. She’s always so responsive and the clothes were stitched to perfection. I would highly recommend buying all your authentic designer wear through her. Her service is amazing.

Very accommodating and fast delivery amazing service

Rude and lies about where your delivery is. She’s unapologetic and makes you feel crazy for raising questions about your order. It took me 6 months to receive a refund. Please don’t purchase from this place!!

Worst experience ever. Quality of clothing is poor and sell replica designer wear as the real thing. Sarah Malik does not reply to messages and is extremely rude. All negative reviews from 192.com have been removed and replaced with positive comments but this is a total lie. Sarah Malik was reported to trading standards. Avoid disappointment and shop elsewhere
