The most not genuine company. Probably one or the worst customer services. I ordered by August they haven't delivered after 4 months they said the product is still with them. Customer service Nat, Idk if shes a robot or actually person she just reputs her self. DO NOT USE this company at all. You wont get your money back.

I tried the product for 3 months and dint see any change at all. As recommended by someone at Kallistia I decided to give it another 3 months but with just 10% discount and $25 shipping im not sure if its worth the money.

I used wonder cream . It increased brown spots over my skin and made my skin very dry. Not for me at all

If I could give less than 1 🌟 I would! Paid for my order mid August and now it's mid October and still nothing to account for. Terribly poor customer service. Kept leading me from one email to another, claiming the international delivery takes up to 21 working days, when their website claims only 14 days. I was told my package is being held at Customs, when their own tracking shows it cleared Customs. I purchased before from abroad, the order usually arrives well within 2 weeks. I asked for my money back and was told to wait for another 14 working days. Don't know, but to me it fells like a business to avoid at all costs.

Not sure why all the negative reviews! I love this acne product, I take the Acne Cleanse pills for almost a year now, shipping does take awhile, I’m in Michigan. But the product always comes & I love it. My skin is so much better, it did take time, a few months of taking but no new acne 😊 can’t believe everything you read I guess!

Do not buy from this company their delivery service is terrible!!! I first ordered the hyperpigmentation tablets from Kallistia in June 2024, the first delivery took 4 weeks to be delivered and I had to chase them before eventually it was delivered a week after I chased them. The hyperpigmentation product did clear my dark spot and easy on my digestive system. However, the next order which was a bi-monthly subscription, never arrived. Its been 6 weeks now and I have chased them to no avail. They sent me a tracking number and it shows that my parcel has been out on delivery for the last 10days.
There customer service is terrible, you constantly have to chase them for order and they bombard you with offer emails. They take your money without delivering the product.

Total waste of money will not be repurchasing no difference at all

Same as others. Ordered July 8 and promised multiple times I would receive a tracking number by certain dates. Still nothing and no responses to refund request. They claim there was a note on the site at the time of purchase regarding out of stock products being delayed, but there was no such thing. Buyer beware.

Took a month for my order to be delivered, instead of 8-14 days as they mentioned on the website. Very disappointing.

Do not buy from this company - they charge you and don't deliver anything! It's been more than 2 weeks that I placed my order and haven't even received a tracking number.

I make a purchase from July and everytime u text u get no response thus is a scam.dont purchase anything from this company.they Taki g people money and not sending ur products. The are very unscrupulous..

I placed an order on August 1. Haven't received anything yet. They won't issue a refund either. They keep telling me it will be shipped any day.

I’m hurt, I’m stressed and frustrated as I type here. Now one of the product is saying delivered while I haven’t received anything 😭. What on the Earth is going on?. The DHL carrier you used hasn’t delivered my package but when I track it says delivered. I never regret something like this. I called i had to hold for 30 minutes with no help.

Too much delay and did not receive my order basically! Only received one product out of 7!!!

Today is August 7… I checked out last June 29 and still, i havent received my order yet. The shipping process says 8 to 14 business days, it’s been almost a month and a half and it hasnt arrived yet. I dont even get a status update for my order or any tracking information regarding it. My former purchases arrived within a month and was very satisfied for it, compared with this current order which comes with so much delays. Hope to receive it soon!!

If only there’s a 0 star on the reviewing board. Please do not shop from this fraud company. They’re all over the internet promoting their products but sucks at updating their deliveries. Their excuse is shipping delay but I live in Melbourne. It’s been more than a month and haven’t received my items. Worse customer service they have. Would never recommend to anyone. The owner should be ashamed.
