Ridiculous company. Placed an order (Order No.186319) to grab a big bunch of Stone Island items for summer as they had a sale on. I even messaged on Instagram to let them know as understand I spent a fair bit. The owner phones me the next day asking me lots of intrusive questions about my reasons for purchase and has the audacity to accuse me of buying the items to resell. He then stated that sale items are only for his regular customers and cancelled my order! Don’t even bother with these guys. They had the cheek to ask me to drive to Aberdeen from Glasgow if I wanted to buy stuff in future. Avoid at all costs.

Amongst the huge range of online options I still find myself coming back to Kafka for a quality service. You get a real sense these guys know what they’re doing and enjoy doing it well. Great range of clothing - I spent ages looking for a Kapital ring coat and snapped up one here. One of my best ever purchases. Very quick turn around for postage and a everything packaged with care and attention.

Been shopping online with Kafka for a few years now. Consistently excellent customer service and selection of quality clothing. The bespoke garment sizing is invaluable! My ‘go to’ clothing retailer.

Been shopping with Kafka Mercantile for a few months now. Great website with accurate measurements on all the clothes so you have a very good idea of what is being delivered. Email service is quick if you have further questions and always next day delivery for your new clobber. The range of brands is fantastic and the quality of all the stock is spot on. Trust that if they stock it its good gear.

Big thanks to the team for a great store and service. I will pay you a visit next time I am north of the border!
Many thanks

Now the best Mens clothing shop anywhere
Staff have superb knowledge of stock and sizes and go that extra mile to help and to give you the ultimate shopping experience
It is my pleasure to wholeheartedly recommend that you use Kafka to buy superb brands and great quality clothing now and in the future

By chance in 2014, I made my first shopping on kafka. Due to the reason of being in Shanghai, China, I hope that the package can be sent via royal mail. With the mentality of giving it a try, I contacted them via email and expressed my request. To my surprise, they enthusiastically gave me feedback and finally completed the first order perfectly.
In the following years, I would buy a few times a year and I also learned about some great brands. Although one occasionally encountered a problem, it was finally solved perfectly. What I want to say is that kafka is really a great shopping site, not only has perfect products, but more importantly, it has a professional team.
Finally, I hope kafka getting better and better and more people will come to shop. I can continue to buy what I like.

I really don't usually go out of my way to write positive reviews but these guys at Kafka deserve to be credited.
Have known them for years and they always come through with superfast shipping to Japan and polite communication.
They honestly get items from Scotland to Japan in literally 3 or 4 days, even now with all the other Covid excuses from the other retailers.
Their prices and discounts and sales are the cheapest out there so I'm not quite sure how they survive..
The rest should go to Kafka and study how an online service should be run.

Without a doubt as good as it gets online

Used Kafka for many years and you know exactly what you will get, an efficient speedy service with no drama.
These guys are the best and have been for some time. Many online stores could learn a lot from Kafka. Keep up the good work.

Kafka have a great selection of brands from real clobber enthusiasts who know their stuff and are happy to help. The owners are team players who are also willing to help. I buy clothes from a few choice outlets and Kafka are the best in Class, no one is a close second, I have been buying from team Kafka for over 5 years and highly recommend them.

One of the best internet shops in the United Kingdom.

Courteous, first class customer services; prompt delivery and reliable. This is the way shops should be.

A****

Been a Kafka customer for years and while the direction of the store has changed the customer service has always been excellent. Items are dispatched quickly and packaged well.
They also appreciate loyal customers which is something that is becoming increasingly rare!
Can’t recommend the place highly enough

Head and shoulders the best independent menswear store on the web. Great pieces and great customer service. I cannot recommend them enough! Thanks.

Absolutely amazing, I ordered a Ten C jacket, it arrived within 2 working days and the packaging was first class, even a little card inside with the name of the person who packed it. Good job guys, you rock! By the way, the jacket is incredible too!

This was the first time I had used Kafka and it won't be the last.
They stock a superb clothing range amongst other products and the jacket I purchased is top quality. I also like the fact that Kafka have taken the trouble to list the measurements, making it much easier to order the correct size.
I received my order within 48hrs of placing the order and it was packed professionally.
A lot of other companies could learn a lot from Kafka.
Thanks

Great service, returned a pair of trainers yesterday and got a refund notification today.

Due to a misunderstanding, one of my orders from Kafka incurred unnecessary customs fees. However, Kafka was willing to take my concerns seriously, and provided me compensation. The service I received was responsive and professional, and I would recommend Kafka to any prospective shoppers.
