This company does nothing to help problem gamblers. 3 months in a row I have closed my account. Exactly 30 days later the emails and phone calls start again. Live support says they cannot close an account for more than 30 days, even if I’ve told them gambling addiction is the reason. They still call and offer free bonuses after 30 days. I will be reporting them to every regulator I can. I have screenshots of the live chat conversation where they claim to take responsible gambling seriously, then contradict this by saying it is my responsibility and I agreed to their terms on sign up. They will harass you daily with phone calls and emails. DO NOT USE
