My experience with them has been truly exceptional. They work tirelessly both in New Zealand and in the Philippines, and their dedication and genuine care for their clients are something I will never forget.
As a British citizen applying for my New Zealand immigration application, I was required to obtain a Philippine Police Clearance (NBI Clearance). Unfortunately, the process was met with so many unexpected delays due to heavy rainfall, severe flooding, and government office closures during public holidays. I was extremely worried that I would not receive my clearance in time and that my work visa application might have to be cancelled.
Thankfully, Tina and Jessica went above and beyond to help me. They worked incredibly hard to secure my NBI Police Clearance before the deadline. Throughout the process, they patiently responded to all my questions and concerns, kept me informed, and even offered to prepare a cover letter to New Zealand Immigration requesting an extension if necessary.
Their dedication, kindness, patience, and professionalism meant so much to me and my family. They didn't simply provide a service — they genuinely cared about helping us during a very stressful and important time.
I have already recommended Kabayan Express NZ to my family, friends, and colleagues, and I will continue to do so. My family here in New Zealand will definitely use their services again in the future.
