"I placed my order on April 13th and I still haven't received it. The tracking number hasn't been updated for days and customer support is non-existent. I am very disappointed as I expected better service from a supposed 'reliable' European shop. I am still waiting for my products. Would not recommend."

It took over a months for my order to arrive to destination country. It seems the customs weren’t paid correctly, so I was asked to pay them again by the carrier and it came to about a third of the order price. I tried reaching out to the store but only got one generic reply, and after that, my messages were ignored. While I was waiting for a response, my order was sent back. At this point, I doubt they’ll even return my money.

Colis non réceptionné, Chronopost me propose d'aller en agence, en agence pas de colis. On me dit semaine prochaine, entre temps je reçois un mail de Chronopost pour me dire que j'ai dépassé les délais pour récupérer le colis .....

The package arrived without damage, goods seem to be alright, but the customer support is nonexistent - they don't give any information about processing the order or shipping, or any tracking information. They don't answer e-mails nor there is any person answering their chat, so to the new customer it may seem as a scam after a numerous days without reply or update. They really could work on improving that.
Compre un producto en su web en la que en el momento de pedirlo indicaba claramente producto en stock. Me confirmaron el pedido y el cobro, unos dias mas tarde me mandan un correo indicando que esta fuera de stock aunque en su web indica claramente en su momento y ahora que el producto esta en "stock listo para envío". Momentos despues recibo otro correo diciéndome que cancelan el pedido por petición mía....otra mentira. Resultado web fraudulenta, empresa fraudulenta y comportamiento de pirata. Lamentamos sinceramente que su experiencia no haya sido la esperada y pedimos disculpas por las molestias ocasionadas.
En este caso concreto, tuvimos un problema puntual con la actualización de stock, lo que provocó que el producto apareciera disponible cuando en realidad ya no lo estaba. Somos conscientes de que esto puede resultar frustrante y estamos trabajando para mejorar nuestros sistemas y evitar que vuelva a suceder.
Queremos aclarar que, en cuanto detectamos la incidencia, se realizó la devolución íntegra del importe pagado, sin ningún tipo de penalización ni demora adicional.
Entendemos su malestar, pero consideramos que la reseña resulta injusta, ya que se actuó con transparencia y rapidez para resolver la situación y proteger al cliente en todo momento.
Agradecemos el feedback, ya que nos ayuda a mejorar, y quedamos a su disposición para cualquier aclaración adicional.

Había recibido la recomendación de una amiga para comprar esta crema y es top os la recomiendo vale la pena invertir en esas cremas te dejan la piel como la de las coreanas .
Siempre he usado todo tipo de productos, y llegué a un punto donde pensé que nada funcionaría con mi piel, que era demasiado sensible e irritable y que los productos sólo lo empeoraban. Pero decidí probar una mascarilla, un tonificador y un refinador de kkare y quedé alucinada, por fin he encontrado algo que de verdad elimina esos poros y ojeras que siempre me han molestado. Buenísimo!🤗
