Disappointing Experience with JYY London

I have ordered from this company in the past, several years ago, and on that occasion everything was perfectly fine. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing.

I placed an order on 12 August 2026 for two pairs of sunglasses, and as of today, I still have not received my order.

I contacted the company by email on both Thursday and Friday last week. Their website states that they aim to respond within 1–2 working days, yet I have received no response whatsoever.

The most frustrating aspect of this situation is that payment has already been taken, there is no telephone number available to contact the company directly, and my emails have seemingly been ignored. I find this level of customer service extremely disappointing and, quite frankly, unacceptable.

I have also checked the tracking information, which shows that the courier is still waiting to receive the parcel. The tracking indicates that the order remains with JYY London and has not even been handed over to the courier.

As I have neither received my goods nor received any meaningful communication from the company, I have now contacted my bank to raise a dispute regarding the transaction.

I appreciate that delays can occasionally happen, but what is particularly frustrating is the complete lack of communication and customer support. I expected a much higher standard of service, especially as I have successfully ordered from this company in the past.

Very disappointed with this experience and would strongly urge the company to improve its communication and customer service.

Absolutely NOT worthy of a single star! Ordered 2 Lucky Bags only 1 delivered - 2 items in the bag NOT 3 as advertised. ZERO response from Customer Service just auto reply. DO NOT ORDER from this company!

Item sent had a hole in, so i emailed Customer Services to arrange a return. JYY did not reply to a single message I sent. My bank reclaimed my money in the end. If anyone puts their name to this company they should see how poorly they treat customers. Avoid!

Advertises 4 items and only receive one disgusting, terrible quality pants. Scam! and then you find out you cant get a refund

I would give it NO stars but you cant. I purchased a @katieprice 'surprise bag'. It came quite quickly as it was a VERY small package. Inside was one pair of cheap tatty trousers that are not even my size. Have been emailing them, but absolutely NOTHING. Do not buy from JYY. I wish I had read the reviews first.

Would give 0 stars if i could, ordered £200 worth of stuff nov last year, still no communication or any sign of delivery, its a scam!! Avoid at all cost.

Don't ever order anything from this company. They charge astronomical postage which takes over a week and costs more than the outfit itself. Worst of all is their customer service. I have sent 3 emails and have got the same automated response nobody is even reading the emails. I am never ordering from this company again and I am going to pass on my shocking experience every chance I get.

I received one pair of cheaper then cheap trousers wrong size and too short also misleading post staying more then one item .. shocking should not be allowed

I only put 1 star on or I wouldn’t be able too comment , Totally a rip off Katie Price makes out holding a big pink bag pulling all these items out !!!! Total Lie and misleading I bought 2 bags 1 for me 1 for my daughter we got I item each in same bag both totally crap trousers in awful material not summer stuff and so misleading Con Con Con don’t buy they were that bad I wouldn’t even wear them for bed how Katie allows this too happen ripping of her fans false advertising yet again doesn’t look good for her AVOID

Scam - there was just one time worth less than £5.

I ordered the lucky dip bag as advertised by Katie Price on Instagram where she pulls out item after item of clothes and what I got was one measly pair of black polyamide awful trousers that are too short for me. I'd never choose to purchase these. They'll go in the bin. Waste of money, false advertising and absolute rip off!

Saw Katie opening up a £10 lucky bag that had shirts and top, a pair of trousers and a third item . My unlucky bag had one pair of flimsy horrible trousers . Shame on her for exploiting people who have fallen for this false advertising g

Totally miss led by JYY London and her advert for a lucky bag. Item i'm guessing has never been on her website. She would never wear it so why should we?
Quality is extremely poor and fabric is like nothing you get in the UK.
Tried to cancel my order the minute I pressed order as had a bad feeling but no reply to my request.
I will try to get a refund from my credit card company as mis sold and no reply to contact attempted.

Ordered one bag parcel came by evir deliveryed 11,30 at night, i didbt see thos toll the morning checked outside gone,sent 3 emails to jjy,got a message back we wkll contact in 1 to 2 days,week later nothink?want buy again , lesson leant,just after your money.

Please don’t waste your time on the lucky bags. Cheap horrible items, got a horrible pair of shorts, disgusting trousers and a pair of sunglasses worth about a quid. Cheap horrible fabric. Would never order again. RIP off.

I purchased 2 lucky dip bags after see a video of Katy Price opening one with around 4 items in it, just received them and all that was in it was 2 pairs of pajama like trousers and sizes are very small even though I got to enter the sizes I needed. Definitely not worth it especially as the patterns were not mine or my daughters taste. Never buying from this site again.

Ordered 3 Katie Price £10 lucky bags, it's one item per each lucky bag. Maybe I was super lucky, because the first bag contained the Geometric pants that Katie is currently promoting.
Both remaining bags had gorgeous wide leg pants which are equally gorgeous.
Very happy and will order again this week.

Item was returned. No refund. No response for 10 emails.
