Bought a top from the website then got an email offering me a different top they claimed was the same but in a different colour which it wasn’t. Got a refund but customer service was patronising and rude when I asked for my money back. Certainly not how to do business and definitely won’t be using them again.
Ordered a medium for my 15 year old went by auze guide. Was so small compared to the other medium tracksuits I bought from different places. Emailed them they said it would cost more to return and if I wanted to return I would have to pay for postage. They offered 15% if I wanted to order a new one which was literally about £9.00. Delivery was far too long. Would not recommend this site. Now left with a very expensive tracksuit that cant use.
If I could 0 stars I would. It’s Christmas time! My son wanted a specific hoodie. Ordered and paid via PayPal. I guess the one star is the earlier than expected delivery. The Hoddie did not fit. I contacted customer service. They offered:
1. Keep the Hoddie, 15% refund and 15% store credit.
2. You (the customer) pays for shipping it back.
I sent another email asked if customer satisfaction is not their priority and if they can do better in regard to the options given for return. The second email they were pretty rude because I had the audacity to ask for a better option. Thankfully I paid with PayPal, got my money back. Problem solved. The headache and their audacity to be rude to paying customers is not worth it for the low grade quality product they provide. Sizes are not accurate!
I ordered 3 hoodies back in June 2025 (fear of god )brand each one cost me $108 ,too expensive. I waited one month without getting any undated from jwears.when I contacted the customer service by email ,they told me the hoodies are out of stock except one color, I agreed to get a refund for the two and wait for the one to arrive from China, after nearly 3 weeks ,the hoodie arrived to my address. the Quality of the hoody was not looking good, it looked to fake (Replica) I had one original hoodie (Fear Of God) I compare it with the new one ,and the material wasn't matching At all 🙁,I realized I got scammed and it would cost me to ship it back to them half of what i paid .I was lesson learn,I should've read those reviews first before I decided to buy hoddies from their website 🥺.this company based in China not in the u.s as I was thinking. NEVER AGAIN.
I bought for the first time from this site and sincerely regret it. The items I bought showed up in poor quality and the wrong sizing and the day I received the item I requested a refund only to find out that because they are sourced in China, it will cost me more to return the item back. I feel scammed. I'm frustrated. Do not buy ANYTHING FROM HERE. AND READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU BUY. I WISH I had.

They offer me 15% refund and to keep shoes they are at least 2 sizes smaller than what they should be . I am still trying to return them but customer service is not replying to my emails

Never got my item I ordered. I was skeptical at first since I noticed that they don’t accept PayPal. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Scam!!!!
BEWARE: Ordered a hoodie it didnt look like the picture. The hoodie did not fit I dont know if the size was wrong or the clothing runs small very disappointed cheap made the hoodie was polyester and the print was small and artificial looking I emailed to return was told I must pay shipping myself ($30) to ship to china regular mail which cost almost as much as the hoodie other option was keep it and be refunded 15% only $5.55 they dont mention any of this in their return policy. I do not recommend.
