This machine just managed to remove a stain from a dress that I wore to a wedding in August and was meaning to take to the dry cleaners! So, inspired I used it on my ski gear from our recent trip to Italy. My 5 year old daughter poured a hot chocolate all over hers-if you put them in the wash it totally removes the waterproof coating. So to be able to spot clean (well pretty much total clean) which it did brilliantly was a total bonus! I highly recommend it. If I could suggest one minor improvement it would be a cordless version-then I would literally use it everywhere!

I saw this advertised and thought it looked good. I bought one and it’s amazing. It’s removed dog wee stains from a cream carpet, old cooking oil from a top, cranberry sauce and mascara. It’s so quick and easy to use. The refills are a great price too. Such good value for money.
I’ve also used their customer service and that was easy and I they were fab to.
If you are thinking of buying one just do it.

Cannot recommend the w'air too highly. It is easy to use & store, uses minimal energy so very echo-friendly, minimal amounts of cleaning product plus is highly effective. It has already transformed my household laundering & means that I need to use the washing machine much less. I'm looking forward to trying it again on upholstery & trainers too. Surprisingly therapeutic to use! There are easy to follow instructions & cleaning tips on the app, super-useful.

Excellent device. Easy to use. Really cleans stains, including dirty collars (although that did take time). Sustainable as well. Well worth it.

This is a really good product. It has got rid of stains which the washing machine has not.
It is great for refreshing a top that doesn't need a full wash cycle.

Excellently versatile for cleaning fabrics around the house that either can’t go in the washing machine, or you wouldn’t want to put in the washing machine too regularly for fear of damaging them. Not exactly portable in the classic sense, but as long as you have an extension cord handy, you can take it to wherever you need to use it around the house (sofas, curtains, other soft furnishings, trainers, football boots etc etc)

A great addition to my cleaning routine!! And one that I can feel good about for multiple reasons. Using less water, not doing a full wash for the sake of it and still keeping my clothes, trainers and other bits around the house clean !!! Bravo!!

In an effort to become more eco-friendly I have changed many products in my household and was impressed with the descriptions of what the W’air could do so I took the plunge and bought one. Overall I have been very impressed and written this review to pass on my experience so far.
To begin with it was well packaged, the box and cardboard elements were protective and strong but maybe a tad too much plastic - why plastic film and a plastic bag? The unit itself was all clean lines and super sleek with a reassuring weight to it. Filling the water tank was a bit fiddly at first but I soon got the hang of it.
It worked best at refreshing garments and cleaning material shoes. Everything smelt wonderful! My best test was on a silk blouse that I love but I don’t wear very often as it’s hand wash only. It had been pushed to the back of the cupboard never to see the light of day again. So I thought I’d try a refresh on it. After a few passes with the W’air it looked refreshed and smelt amazing!

Didn’t do so well on old stains but this is understandable - I don’t think any stain removal product works on old stains! I tried it on chocolate, curry sauce, blood and rust stains that hadn’t come out with standard stain remover and a washing machine wash. It DID fade them but they were still visible.

New stains were much easier to deal with - I tried it on pasta sauce, red wine and chocolate protein shake spilt down a new white t-shirt. All disappeared as if by magic and with very little effort.

I was concerned everything I cleaned was getting very wet but within a few minutes the item was dry again. I checked the water tank thinking it might need refilling as everything was so wet but I’d only used a quarter of the water. I hung clothing up on an airer once clean to allow them to dry all round.

The W’air cleaning mat was TINY! It needs to be 4 times the size. Got soaking wet really quickly and I ended up using my ironing board with a towel on it. This worked perfectly and sped up the process no end.

So what’s the difference between this and a steam cleaner? With a steam cleaner things don’t generally smell too nice until they dry, they tend to drip and they use a lot of water. But with the W’air the use of detergent makes everything smell wonderful and secondly the tiny amount of water mixed with air produces a really powerful and effective cleaner. Also you have to wait for a steam cleaner to be ready - W’air is ready immediately!

So if you want to use less water, not use the washing machine for items barely worn, want to refresh delicate or dry clean items (therefore saving you money) and have a really good stain remover the W’air is for you.
Mine is now permanently plugged in next to my iron so it’s handy to tackle stains before washing, available to refresh instantly those lightly worn items which would otherwise end up in the machine and easily on hand for clothes that need would normally need a trip to the dry cleaners. Given the water savings, money savings and green credentials it’s money well spent.

Great on Son's Sport Gear even football boots

I was please to have received by W'air device yesterday. First impressions always count with me. Strong solid box and solid, great looking device. I loved the retractable hose. The reason for me to buy it was for my son's football kit and especially boots. Playing football regularly means it's important to have my son turn out looking the best with his kit and boots . The product delivered . The socks on the boots are as white as when I got them.

From the app it told me which combination of product to use . Looking forward to the new season. Grass roots football as a dad has just got easier. I can even clean all the mud from the boots

have 3 kids, it feels like we are constantly washing. My wife and I were intrigued but it does do what it says. Really pleased.

Have recently bought the w’air as it was recommended by a friend as something which can help cut down on laundry and help my clothes last longer.
Have been using it for 2 weeks now and am impressed. Firstly, it’s really easy to set and use - no lengthy instructions required and was using it 5 minutes after getting it out of the box.
The main benefits given are that it removed spots and stains as well as refreshes clothes so you don’t need to wash them as often. Have tried both and have to say that the spot removal is good but not great on everything (couldn’t shift an ink stain from a shirt for example). It is however really good on trainers as apparently it can be also be used on non clothing items.
The refreshing function is also really good - have used it on all my summer t-shirts which have been packed away since last summer and it did a really good job - everything smelt fresher and felt clean when I put them on.
The backing mat they provide is way too small for the job and I wish it could press clothes as well as clean them (it’s definitely NOT a steamer) but apart from that I’m very happy overall.
