Really friendly professional quick service

Getting a puncture is never convenient but Glen and Casey at Just Tyres Woodley made life a lot easier with professional, efficient, friendly service. I have used Just Tyres at Woodley before and they were the obvious choice when I got a puncture again because of their great service last time. Keep up the great work guys, I highly recommend you!

Rude, unhelpful and lazy. Manager was annoyed that I'd arrived during his cigarette break. Didn't want to fix the puncture and suggested I go next door to Total Tyres. Won't be coming here ever again and will be going to Total Tyres.

Quick easy online purchase, dropped wheel in and tyre changed promptly, by pleasant staff

Wheel alignment???? Still doing they way use to be in early 90’s, no machines all manual scales and plates under the tyres. And this is all after asking over the phone what exactly I wanted before booking no use at all. Same old fashioned check with no check on wheel balance, promised to do for free after two days, an on arrival person never booked online and the available person rude to the core showing his experience in the filed and rejecting all his colleague promised to fix my car. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY

Very helpful team. I had four new tyres fitted to my motorhome which weighs over 4,000kg. Despite difficulty with Jack's they managed to achieve the task - and all with a 😃.

Not happy at all with this branch.. I paid almost £900 pounds for 4 tyres last week and they manage somehow to damage all 4 alloys.O/S wheels were immaculate (Not Now) and I had some kerb damage on the N/S, but they have manage to make this side twice as bad. Centre manager on the day was Jordan who to be honest was useless as a manager all he did was give me the number of head office and when I asked him for number of his manager he said he was not allowed to give it out,? At no time did he offer to ringhim for me so I had to ring customer service who to be honest were helpful and they contacted Jordan's manager and asked himto ring me which he did fairly quickly. I have arranged a meeting next Tuesday with Kevin (Area manager) so he can see damage for himself.
On thinking about this I cannot see how the fitter didn't stop when the first wheel was damaged...I believe he was rushing the job trying to get the tyres on and off as quick as possible therefore oblivious to any damage to wheels . They tried to fob me off by saying the wheels would clean up as covered in a black compound which they use when fitting tyres.
I am totally disgusted that they have damaged my car and I will update this post once I give them the chance to let me know how we proceed on with this.
There is no excuse these days for this ...either the machine is faulty ..or the fitter disregarded any care of someone else's property.....plus bear in mind I was a good customer spending £900 pounds on one visit.....
In hindsight I wish I steered well clear of this tyre centre as this has caused me a great deal of aggravation which I have better things to do in my life than sort out things that should not happen in the first place if done properly and professionally

Really courteous, efficient and provided an excellent service. Also checked tracking for free. I waited and car was done in 30 minutes. Recommended.

Much cheaper than the other big three tyre centres in my area and the tyres were in stock,Good Services.

Polite guys ,quick fitting of tyre ,I will use again , I was quoted from an another tyre company £175 no names mentioned ,you won’t get better then a, need I say more. When just tyres charged me £75 fitted. So think on when you look for tyres.
