Smooth crisp service
I visited Just Tyres to replace a tyre and the service was excellent. The staff dealt with everything quickly and efficiently, with no fuss at all. There was no waiting around and the whole job was completed within about 10 minutes. A very smooth and hassle-free experience. Thank you.

2 visits for one order
Booked 2 new tyres and tracking on line for my dad’s car ( who is 88 ).
He took the car into the Strood garage.
The tyres were there and changed which was great.
When he queried about the tracking he was told to bring the car back tomorrow.
WHY ?
These works were pre ordered on line and should have been the at same visit.
When I found out about this I rang the following morning to find out what is going on.
I was advised to get him to bring the car in that morning and it would be sorted out.
Not a great experience .

Mixed experience
It started bad as I was booked in for the 1st December at 4PM. I arrived at 3.45ish to be told it was the 2nd. Checked online receipt defo 1st. Anyway went the next evening went as clockwork.

There was an issue with the size of tyres we ordered online which the branch manager was happy to help resolve which meant we were on our way in no time at all with the correct tyres expertly fitted.
