Terms and conditions were fine.

Asda tyres said if they couldn’t supply what I ordered they had the right to supply anything they chose. Some other tyre suppliers had identical T’s and C’s.

Just Tyres were not quite the cheapest but when I entered a discount code (which they gave me) they were the cheapest.

Arrived at the due time to find two fitters ready to go. Very polite and friendly and gave useful advice.

The final accolade was that they used a torque wrench to tighten the wheel bolts. Fantastic. I have only seen one other tyre fitter do this.

This company is now my tyre supplier even though they are a 30 minute drive for me.

My 2015 Ford Focus ST didn't live up to it's name when it came to handling, I ended up with a slow puncture and got all four tyres changed.

Went with the Continental Sport contact 7 at £138 fitted along with a pro wheel alignment, it's changed the car.

I can't remember the gents name but he left me to work in the waiting area and helped with local amenities, he also pointed out some flaws with the car, both with the alloys and possibly with the steering rack, getting both looked at.

I'm sure he checked the brakes for me too!

We went in to the Newbury branch on Saturday 26th August and had an absolutely fantastic service - very helpful and professional, was decent enough to check our tyre first and not just try and sell us a new tyre straight away. Would highly recommend this branch to anyone.

Awful service.

I paid for new tires and wheel alignment. The wheel alignment was performed using the old tires on the car instead of the new ones. When I inquired with the mechanic about this, he informed me that it was the correct approach.

Consequently, due to the poorly executed service, the vehicle is now pulling to the right. As a result, I will need to pay for another wheel alignment.

I have contacted the business and they informed the manager would come back to me, but that never happened.
