Hi Tomasz, we're sorry you were unhappy with your experience.
We apologised for the issue with your order and offered an immediate resolution. Unfortunately, due to the unacceptable behaviour directed towards our customer service team, the call had to be terminated, and we subsequently issued a full refund for the affected items.
While we understand that issues can be frustrating, we expect our staff to be treated with courtesy and respect. Thank you. - Cameron, Sales Manager

Excellent service
Excellent service. Ordering process was very easy and the radiators were delivered earlier than expected. Kerbside delivery is exactly that though and you will need to be able to get the radiators into your property from a wooden palette outside. Although the radiators we ordered are bi-metal they are still heavy. Customer service was brilliant. We had a few questions about delivery and Ellie Wright answered these in a friendly but professional way, responding really quickly and was very helpful. Delivery was really straightforward with dispatch and delivery date provided. On the delivery day with the chap delivering rang 20 minutes prior to arrival so we knew he was on the way. We have yet to install the radiators and so can't comment on this or efficiency etc but they look good. Just as described on the website. Really pleased.

Very happy with product and the quality appears good and a very reasonable price delivery was fast but not informed that delivery was split into three parts on the same day so luckily I was still able to take delivery with only one part delivery giving a time slot , apart from that all else seems good
