Looking Good
Good. The radiator seems well made and fits well into its intended place. All the fittings were easily assembled. In use, it heats up evenly; we await winter to see how efficient it is.
Could be better. The wall mountings are inadequate on their own (should be welded to the radiator not just clamped). This has meant adding feet to support the radiator and our feet can not be the usual 100mm high.

The show room at Tulketh brow was our first stop and the young lady that helped us choose the size and style of radiator was very helpful and the young man that sorted the transaction if the radiator was excellent too, the choice of radiators was second to none, unfortunately the radiator purchased was too heavy for our plumbers ti fit as the wall wouldn’t be strong enough, but the return to the factory/showroom at Leyland was first class, no hassle at all and the single vertical radiator in the same style was delivered that day we would definitely recommend this company and will buy from them in the future 😊

Got a large bespoke radiator which…
Got a large bespoke radiator which looks great now that it's finally mounted.
The radiator was delivered by a man in a van. The radiator weighs over 120kg and is 2.5m in length, but was not on a pallet, so the driver an myself had to lift it off the van, breaking through the insufficient packaging to get hold of something to grab hold of.
The brackets supplied with the radiator were not able to grip the radiator once mounted, and allowed it to dlip toward the floor.
The manufacturer claimed that these brackets were suitable, but vould provide no evidence of a radiator the same size as mine being mounted using them. I have spoken to other companies who say they will not use these brackets for exactly the above reasons. I had to source other brackets that would fit and could bear the load myself .

We appreciate this is a particularly large and heavy radiator, and understand that installation can require a fair amount of adjustment to get everything sitting correctly. We’ve worked with this model for a long time, but appreciate that the size and weight can make installation more challenging.

Ordered radiators and valves and they confirmed delivery the next day. Next day only valves were delivered and an email saying that the radiators will be available after a month. Money taken for entire order. No call to let me know, no asking if I still wanted valves without radiators. Crazy experience.

The radiators and valves were being dispatched from two separate locations, which is why the valves arrived first. We had also made you aware of the temporary stock issue with the radiators and offered alternative models that were available for immediate dispatch.
As soon as you requested cancellation, the refund was processed immediately. Based on our correspondence at the time, we were a little surprised to see this review, as you appeared understanding of the situation.
