I ordered the wrong product, JustRadiators gave me my refund and my replacement came within days. The process was straightforward and simple. These stars are based purely on the delivery driver/company. Who sends one bloke out to deliver a 85kg radiator? He turned up, without any notice, and expected my wife to help him carry it down the drive. He could have gotten a lot closer if he turned around and reversed down the road but he seemed incapable of that task. Also he was that eager to get away he put his side of the radiator down so fast it caused my wife to drop her end on her foot. Not impressed, not impressed at all.

Hi Simon, thank you for your feedback. We have investigated the delivery with the courier, who has provided us with further details regarding what took place.
The radiator weighed approximately 83kg and was delivered on a pallet as a kerbside delivery. The courier's service does not require the driver to move an item of this weight beyond the kerbside, into the property, garage or to the front door.
The courier has confirmed that the driver was asked if he could assist with moving the radiator further towards the property. Although this was outside of the agreed delivery service, the driver agreed to assist, and the delivery photograph confirms that the radiator was subsequently moved to the garage area.
We appreciate that this was an unfortunate experience and apologise for the inconvenience caused. However, we do want to clarify that the additional movement of the radiator beyond the kerbside delivery point was not part of the contracted delivery service. The driver had in fact gone beyond the requirements of the service by agreeing to assist with moving an 83kg radiator further towards the property.
We hope this clarifies the circumstances surrounding the delivery and the service that was provided. If you need any further assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out – Just Radiators
