Don't expect much back if you have to cancel
Took a massive chunk of what should have been refunded to me when I cancelled my policy when I sold my vehicle. Just another way to fleece customers. I won't be using them again and I'll be recommending others to avoid.
UPDATE: The company replied below asking me to email them to address my concerns. I did so immediately, but a week later I have been completely ignored. Their public response was clearly just PR lip service to look good to prospective customers, with no real intention of resolving the issue. Avoid.

Prompt and good customer support. Telephone callback seems to work. Good quote.
However, I don't think you should quote the cheapest. Some of us are concerned to be insured with a responsive reliable company. You first quoted me Wakam, whereas it was only an extra £6 for Ageas. Just compare the reviews for these two companies! I went with Ageas!
