Check you renewals
Had the annual invitation to renew, but the price is never included.You have to go to the portal to find that.I was expecting 350-400. I was amazed to find 883.
Called to cancel and was told that it was a mistake but that they would have taken the money any way.
Got to ask, if they knew it was an error, why would they take it in the first place.

Got there in the end
A little confusion over the pricing of an admin change regarding a policy that was renewing in 4 from the date of the transaction but with the help of the agent it was all finally sorted out.
Only 4 stars because of the length of time I had to spend on the phone (mostly on hold) whilst it was being sorted.

A great insurance company no hassle
I had a breakdown cover on my insurance. I broke down made a call and was looked after from the first conversation I felt comfortable and less stressed. Dean from Elite breakdown picked up my motorhome and delivered it to my mechanic over 100 miles away
No hassle no excuses just a great service from star to finish highly recommend 5 star service 👍

The customer service has always been…
The customer service has always been extremely easy and friendly. My latest renewal with Jade was smooth sailing and felt like talking to a friend. They can be a littler pricier than other quotes at times but still sit on the low end from my experience with good value for money. I’m happily on my 3rd year with them and the ease of the online portal and customer contact is definitely one of the reasons I come back.
