Booking a skip online with Just hire was just so simple, I was asked what date I wanted the skip for and first thing in the morning of that date, it arrived. The driver was lovely and made sure that I was happy with where he put the skip. Excellent! Their communication was great and I have even had longer time to put more items in if I want to. Fab!

Undoubtedly the worst company I have ever dealt with. Promised the earth, failed to deliver then totally ignored any communications from me. The skip was a day late arriving despite being told at 4:15 on the due date that it would definitely be there. After that, getting it collected was a nightmare. Having stayed in all over the bank holiday weekend following assurance that the skip would be collected, guess what? It wasn’t. I then managed to get a response to my email, assuring me firstly that it would be collected on the Tuesday, then the Wednesday. At this point they actually answered my phone call and Aggie promised to follow up and get back to me the following day. She didn’t. From that point on nobody responded to my emails and nobody answered any calls.
In the end I managed to find the name of the actual company who delivered the skip and dealt with them directly. I suspect that if I hadn’t it would still be here. Do not use this company at all. As a broker they basically add on £90 or so for their ‘service’ then completely absolve themselves of any responsibility in managing problems. Awful.

Total rip off. They used Fife recycling who only charge £290 for the skip. Will be using them in future.

Having never hired a skip before I was somewhat daunted however I needn't have worried as Justhire offered a first class service. Every step of the way they were there to advise on every aspect from skip size, what can go into it and how to pack it most efficiently. The drivers were extremely friendly, helpful and professional taking care not to cause any damage. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them for anyone wanting to hire a skip.

I made a mistake when I booked online, but phoned them immediately and it was easy to sort out. Skip was delivered and collected on time. No issues at all, would use again!

Used Just Hire for a skip for a couple of weeks. Unfortunately the skip was not delivered on the day it was promised but the customer service advisor was brilliant and made sure it was delivered first thing the next morning. Pick up was also scheduled for first thing in the morning and it was carried out quickly by the driver.

Very easy and straightforward to order the right size skip for us at very late notice. Helpful team when we rang to change the contact number the morning of the delivery. Delivery and pick up were seamless. Really great service, will definitely be using again.

Great service.
Easy to book online. Great communication, I emailed to say where to put the skip as my partner had booked it on my behalf. They came straight back to me to confirm the instructions had been received. You get 2 weeks included in the price. I enquired how much it would be to extend and was informed it was £50 a week but was given a free extra week as a gesture of goodwill. Skip was delivered and collected on time. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Can't recommend this company enough.
My skip was due to arrive 27/08 but it never turned up but as soon as a i messaged the company they apologised and said something went wrong on the system there end. It arrived today 28/08. I told them I couldn't receive the skip till the afternoon as I would be out till then and they told me that wouldn't be a problem and would let the drivers know
The drivers where super polite and listened to the instructions (which rarely happened with other places) to call me and not ring the doorbell as I have dogs. I asked the driver a few questions and he answered them very politely.

I found it easy to book the skip i needed online, the company were quick to fix an issue with the size of skip I'd ordered and were very helpful accommodating my concerns about leaving access for my wheelchair, the skip turned up on time and was collected on time, with a courtesy call both times to ensure I was ready for and finished with the skip. Overall a very good 1st experience with skip hire and I'd definitely use this company again in the future and recommend to others.

We booked a large load van and, as part of the booking process, we sent photos of the large leather three piece suite and other rubbish to be collected. We were therefore surprised when only one man turned up with the van. He was surprised too. Fortunately we had already got the stuff outside and were able to help him load. He worked very hard and we have no complaints against him. We also were very frustrated by the ever changing arrival “window”. Our initial notification said they could arrive between 7am and 5pm. On the day, this was narrowed down to a three hour slot from 10:20am. We know there has to be some flexibility in this but the window kept changing by a considerable amount all day. It ended up as 4:37 to 7:37. (He actually arrived just after 5.) This definitely needs to be improved.

It’s been over 4 weeks since the skip was meant to be collected this company has zero control on when they are collected and they have lied to us multi times about collection. The skip has now blocked out drive for over 4 weeks and I have no way to get rid of it

I ordered skip online. It was very easy to do as instructions were very clear. Skip delivery were onetime without any issues as well as collection. I definitely can recommend this service and surely will use it again.

I had chosen to hire a 30 minute skip thinking that would be enough time to load it. They were so kind and let me keep it for an hour to fully load.

Additionally their customer service was outstanding
