Absolute Disaster - Still no ITEM
Absolute Disaster! I haven't even received my generator yet! I have no delivery information of any sort! If my machine ever arrives I will never use this company again! Thus is my second messed up delivery from this company!

Speedy delivery
I would prefer ALL suppliers, especially in these times, to declare where their products are sourced. The one I bought was from China. IF this had been detailed then people could make up their own minds about it. Also the same model (different badging) was available elsewhere with wheels and handles more than £20 cheaper.
Don't be frightened of giving MORE information. It will improve customerrs trust and therefore increase sales.
The delivery was exceptionally quick. So 5 stars for that aspect.

Huge amounts of everyday products we rely on are sourced from China and the generator you purchased is from one of the largest and most reputable manufacturers of this type of product, we think round of applause to them for having good stocks of products available for purchase when global logistics are so very difficult currently.

Pramac ES8000 Generator
The generator has a long run fuel tank and with a Honda GX390 engine is a really good machine, very well built and easy to start. It takes to persons to lift so siting is a consideration when setting it up.

Speedy delivery and efficient back-up
Just Generators provide speedy delivery and a very efficient back-up service. My Honda EU22i had an idling problem and they arranged to have it collected very promptly and returned it working perfectly.

Very disappointing service & support
Having initially had great service from Just Generators, I am afraid it has all gone horribly wrong. My Hyundai generator has had to be sent back (just 3 months old) for repairs & I will be without it for some time. I have had to hire a generator to replace it (as I cannot run my business without it) and Just Generators have said there is nothing they can do to help. We are a brand new business, just starting out, sales are still low at this point and expenditure high due to start up costs. This additional expense is tough to take right now and it is so so disappointing when you have spent a considerable sum with an organisation for them to be so un-supportive and lacking in customer service follow up

We are very sorry to hear of issues you are facing and do sincerely sympathise as we have stated in the correspondence that has crossed over in the time this review has been placed.
Unfortunately, like all other the suppliers out there compensation is not an option but we have offered all the assistance we can with a view to getting a speedy resolution to the problem and have guided you towards the people that can deal with the problem under the manufacturers warranty which again is standard practise.

When the generator arrived there was…
When the generator arrived there was cosmetic damage to the rear of the machine. There was no instruction manual or warranty paperwork with the generator so I emailed Just Generators ten days ago to ask them to send it to me. I am still waiting for their response.
