I recently ordered food from Foodpanda
I recently ordered food from Foodpanda, and I must say that the experience was Extremely Disappointing . Not only did they make a mistake with my order, but their customer service was Extremely bad and said they cant proved me a refund with no explanation.
I was even more angry by Foodpanda's response to my complaint. I contacted their customer service right away, expecting them to quickly fix the problem. But to my disbelief, they appeared uninterested and useless immediately. I felt fooled and completely annoyed when they made it plain that they couldn't make up for their mistake.
Any professional food delivery business, in my opinion, should take responsibility for mistakes made and work to make it right. But Foodpanda's refusal to issue a refund for my transaction exposes their total lack of responsibility. It shows that they value their profit margins more highly than repeat business and customer loyalty.
Foodpanda, you have lost a once-loyal customer, and I will make sure to share my negative experience with others.

I have ordered KFC and paid at 11.47am…
I have ordered KFC and paid at 11.47am but the order showed delivered on 11.55am. Yes, in just 8mins time, the order is delivered. I noticed this at 12.17pm, hence I quickly contact the customer service.
They said need to investigate, the so called specialist will contact me regarding this matter. So, I just wait.
After 10days, I contacted FB Foodpanda, they said the case is resolved. When? Never contact me regarding the resolution. And they said they have contacted KFC, so not able to refund, and then close case.
But seems like they are not aware of what is happening now. KFC did prepared my food, the rider was collecting the food too but the rider never send it to me! The proof of delivery was the photo of the motorcycle.
And now, the rider taken my food and get paid for salary, but I paid for getting nothing.
Customer service that do not understand simple english
Had a bad experience with foodpanda (06/06/2023), I’ve placed an order for lunch from MrKelong (Kampung Bahru) – Self collection via Food Panda app and proceeded to collect my lunch using the via directions from Foodpanda app only to realize the restaurant does not exist.
I’ve got the number from the app and call the restaurant but received no response so I went to look to the customer service and explain to them the issue. Despite explaining to the customer service the restaurant does not exist with the link provided on the app, they decided to copy and paste the exact same link to me so I went ahead and took a photo for them telling them that the google map link provided lead me here and there is no such restaurant. I’ve told them to cancel my order as I only have 60mins for my lunch time and I’ve already wasted 24mins despite Food Panda is not going to refund my order because the order is being “prepared” by the nonexistent restaurant.
I went around looking for food and realized my order has yet to be cancelled so I went back to look for customer service requesting my order to be cancelled again and the customer service wanted to look into the matter for me again despite me telling them to just cancel my order. The customer service member proceeded to send me the same message “ You’ll be able to locate Mr Kelong Kampong Bahru by using the location information provided in the Order Tracking Page. Just press “Get Directions” for guidance.”(Come on? I already know and did that?) Which I snapped as that was what I’ve did and told them that I’ve used the link, the place is non existent, then they proceeded to paste me the googlemap link again (images as attached).
Dear Food Panda, please kindly send your team for proper training or appoint a more competent team that understands basic English to hand the frontline. Thank you Food Panda for making my day awesome.
*thank you for some friends for highlighting that the shop no longer exist, but I'm still not getting my full refund.
Ordered 3 burgers from BK & only…
Ordered 3 burgers from BK & only received 2 so I took a picture & told the agent Jake about the missing item. He said after checking he cannot provide a refund & no reason given. I ended the chat to chat with another lady Jane on why a refund is not given for the missing item when obviously it’s missing from my order. Again she cannot explain, said all kinds of standard clauses & escalated my case to their specialist team to get back to me through their in app chat within 24hrs. It has been more than 72 hours & I yet to hear anything from them!! Really frustrating it’s just a simple refund of item & they have to reject refund without providing reason & when we asked more then they sent to another team to fix. Am definitely deleting their App after this matter is resolved

Be aware of how panda wallet works -Allow top-up to proceed after promo is applied but notifies that promo code cannot be used AFTER top-up is successful. $$ is then stuck with foodpanda and cannot be refunded. Irresponsible & Unethical.
Clueless customer service
Clueless customer service, these rookies never bother to spend just a little time to check properly what's the problem and invent their own stories/excuses to end up call quickly. I have contacted them just too many times before pandapro is launched. I also subscribe pandapro hoping to get a decent service level. Sadly to say, these amateur start telling me to try again and again on the problem that i was faced OR switch to pandapro, which i already am. Just because they have no obligation in the responsibility, they could simply tell you off and end the chat to score their job profile. The customer service name tag was Mohd. S.
POOR RIDER SERVICES
Food panda are not taking action to their riders attitude.. Most riders are rude and most riders are lazy.. They cancelled my orders because they cannot locate my place, I used to order many times~ and paid thru credit card, they can message me or even call for clarification. The most inconvenient food delivery app.

The rider put my food beside rubbish. Really ridiculous. This is not first time they doing like this. I came out to tk my fud in few secounds after he came for delivery. He put my food beside rubbish. Clearly can see its rubbish. But still they put the food beside that rubbish. Worse2 attitude.
Terrible and Unreliable Service!
Terrible and unreliable service and unhelpful customer support. There were multiple ocassions where I've waited for my food for almost 2 hours just for them to cancel it at the end. The worst part is when I contact the customer support they always tell me to wait a while longer, but after waiting another hour they cancel my order. This is the 4th time I've exprienced this terrible service. Not worth my time and money. Deleted my account, uninstalled the app and switched to another service.

I've ordered some cosmetics from panda mart and it turns out to be the worst decision ever. The quality of products is so poor. There are scratches all over the product and its not sealed pack. I've paid for the third class cheap product i wish that i could share the pictures.

Absolutely lousy service. Orders never take less than an hour and the riders ALWAYS make one or more deliveries before making yours. There is also no ability to cancel an order, you just have to put up with their lousy service. App deleted. Avoid.

Food Panda is very poor of the Customer Service and Rider ! I’m have order food today . The Rider can’t find my location , Food panda Relevant Team call me , they calling wrong my name, can’t find me !! Then cancel my order because of they say I’m giving wrong information! Halo, you all call me wrong name that is my problem? Do you want to go back school study!?

Phone number and address is true , no giving wrong information! other Rider also can find my location, why he can’t , don’t know how to use Google Maps or Wave !? Wrong order and terrible recovery service
My food order was delivered and I noticed there was no drinks with the package. I began to speak with one of your agent - Catherine which she refunded $0.60 for the missing milktea and gave $2 voucher.
When I unpack the rest of my order, I noticed the order receipt is correct but everything item in the bag is wrong and not what I ordered. The merchant had obviously made a total mistake of attaching my order slip to the wrong packet of items. I then sought help from the another agent - Jim which was the start of the unpleasant experience. After explaining my situation to Jim, he told me that he could no longer process another refund as Catherine had done a refund on this order. He then went on to tell me there was nothing else he could do and ask if I need further assistance. I totally understand the constraint of your system about the refund and suggest he gives me a voucher for my order amount. I also added that if this is not within his empowerments, please escalate and put me thru to higher management. He then gave me a $2.50 credit and told me this is the best he can do and ended the chat.

Money stealer. Either the riders or the vendors will try to steal your food, then FoodPanda refuses to refund because they "dont have enough information".
Missing items on order
We placed an order for a combo meal that contain 2 pieces of chicken from restaurant however we found that it only contain 1 piece, Foodpanda support only informed us there is not possible to either redeliver/refund on the mistake, really disappointed
