I don't usually write reviews, good or bad, but in this case I must make an exception to say that my experience with Just Doors and Conservatories has been excellent.

Apologies for the long review however, I feel that a bit of context to my review is required.

I am a homeowner and I was looking to replace my arched front door with a composite door. I had a few quotes from various companies but they were ridiculously high therefore, I decided to take matters into my own hands and eliminate the middle man. Long story short, I contacted many manufacturers and only two of them sell to people not in the trade. Of the two, Just Doors and Conservatories were the most helpful and patient.
They answered all my questions using non-technical language and built the door to the agreed specifications and measurements. The door was delivered within the agreed timeframe and it fit perfectly.

A shoutout to Heather for being so understanding and helpful with my queries.

The after sale service is also excellent.

Just Doors and Conservatories are now my go to company for doors and windows.

Cannot fault and cannot ask any more from the service I received from Just doors and conservatories.

Excellent from start to finish, delivered a week early, helpful delivery driver, came ready assembled and was easy to install, looks fantastic.

The service from first e-mail to delivery was first class. The lady phoning to confirm receipt of enquiry and regarding delivery so professional and the delivery driver was polite and helpful. Would fully recommend them. The product exceeds our expectations and was so easy to fit with their guide.

Great service though some delivery issues.

I needed a timber solid core door for our house project and wasn't aware that the usual lead time is a couple of months - we needed it before xmas, when ordering on 7th December!!

Dealt with Heather who was friendly and thorough, and we got the door delivered within 2 weeks! Heather chased it through to make sure it was on time and gave us regular updates - absolute star!

On the day of delivery we were informed it would actually be the next day which wasn't ideal for planning but wasn't so bad considering the turnaround time. The delivery came with the door as expected, the cill and the coupler were missing, so we needed to source these locally as we now needed to install on the day, but were reimbursed for their cost.

Fast turnaround, even in the end of year period - really appreaciated!

I’m so happy with my new front door, it has really improved the kerb appeal of my property. It is a perfect fit and makes us feel so secure and safe. All my friends and neighbours have admired it. The customer service I received on purchasing the door was excellent. Thank you!

Great door, spec as ordered. Couple of small blemishes on the door, nothing too bad. Fitted like a dream, locking mech worked smoothly and Efficiently. We had the full length door bar fitted (very hard to find!) and it looks FANTASTIC!
But, the company needs to have better communication. Emailed a number of times with no response, online chat was very good though, quick and polite. Small grumbles really.

My mum absolutely loves her new Bifold, so easy to order, good communication, good quality and good service would definitely recommend
