So we got this for kids for Christmas 2021. Waited until spring to put it up. It’s now October, so it has been up approximately 6 months. We had a wind storm about two weeks ago and the stupid net was ripped. Warranty apparently doesn’t cover it, even though it hasn’t been a full year of use. These trampolines are expensive so you would expect them to withstand a years worth of weather. I would not recommend this trampoline. The one we had previous lasted 15 years. The net lasted three. I will have to try and find them and see about getting a net through them. They seem to be better quality.

We love JumpFlex at our house! The trampoline not only looks great and feels great in our back yard but for any issue at all the team is super responsive and always willing to help out with any need! So glad we choose JumpFlex!

Customer service is super good

I could not have asked for a better experience! In the days where customer service in non existent, Jumpflex definitely still cares! Their product is of the highest quality. We lost our first jumpflex trampoline during the recent Hurricane Ian. Had a tree not fallen on it, the only other issue we had was the bottom piece had gotten bent from where it was anchored into the ground. This product withstood constant winds of over 150mph for over 6 hours straight!! The representative I spoke to was very helpful and understanding when I contacted them about purchasing a new trampoline. With all the trampoline options out there, I am so happy I decided to go with Jumpflex!

After much research, quality, weight limits, I purchased a trampoline for my grandchildren (ages 5, 2.5 and 12 mos) last summer. Each used it a little different than the other. They continue to have so much fun out there, along with their parents, aunts and uncles. Even the now two year old begs to go in it! They love it.. everyone does!
This past summer, 2022, my grandson asked for the slide, which I did get, and basketball set for his birthday. The basketball set sold out quick.
The slide was a big hit… one can climb in and another slides down!
Trampoline and attached slide are easily moved for grass cutting.
When I received the email in October the basketball set was back in stock, I ordered it. That will be a Christmas present! They will be very surprised.

Had one of the fiberglass sticks break in back and they provided me with a new product.

Amazing customer service and quick resolution. We had some issues with one of the legs and a piece of the net. Within a week we had new parts to replace them. Very happy with this company, they stand behind their guarantee!

Straps for net rips off easy. Hooks on trampoline mat pull apart easy allowing the springs just to come unhooked. We have 8–9 that are completely messed up and they are actually ripping the trampoline mat itself.

Great customer service. Got back to me with in 24 hrs and helped me replace my frayed net. Very happy customer.

We had to order three different parts of the trampoline. We received the padding that goes around trampoline .
The net and the actual jumping part has yet to be delivered yet didn’t get a tracking number.

Jumpflex sent us a replacement safety net and outer spring cover free of charge because ours had ripped. They stand by their word!

We purchased our trampoline about a year and a half ago. When we moved, we had to disassemble and reassemble it at the new house, and almost all the Velcro top straps broke. I reached out to customer service and within days they had sent me 12 new ones (we only needed 8!) for free, no questions asked. Excellent and quick customer service!

Amazing product and service totally recommend it to every family

We’ve had our jumpflex for over a year. It’s an amazing tool for our active boys especially to literally jump through many difficult times with our 5 year old. I’m not sure how we got through life without it before we had it! We feel very safe in it. When the zipper broke recently customer service was great and replaced it right away.
