Seamless, stress-free and their customer service is of high quality. Zipper broke on net, took a picture and sent it to Jumplex, they immediately shipped us a new "net safety cover". They are trustworthy and respectful.

We love our Jumpflex Trampoline! Our boys have enjoyed it nearly every day since we got it. Our youngest has slept so much better since he's been able to exercise his legs, and Mommy and Daddy have slept so much better too! My only regret is that we didn't buy it sooner!

I thought the net, zipper and plastic spacer washers would be more durable. Otherwise the frame and bounce deck seem pretty strong, our kids love the tramp and your customer service is awesome!! I would recommend Jumpflex!!

Got it during the pandemic! All tramps were selling out everywhere. Came fast, set up fast. Superb quality. Our 5 kids including all the neighbor kids have accessed it. Held up fantastic over the last several years. No sign of wear and tear, we live in harsh climates. Snow and extreme heat and hold up perfectly. Good investment.

It said if it wasn’t here by the 17th I can request a refund it is now the 18th I still do not have a package I still do not have a bumper for the jeep and you’re asking me to send it back what am I supposed to be sending back when I haven’t even received the package

When you have a superior product that sells itself and add customer service, it makes buying direct (not through Amazon) all the better. Took 1.5 hrs of ease to put together the 14' tramp. We are loving our Jumpflex trampoline! We had some issues with the delivery service, damaged box, etc, but Jumpflex customer service went above & beyond to help solve our issues! This is a high quality trampoline that our kids will enjoy for years to come!

Arrived quickly and as easy as possible for setup (it’s a trampoline… it’s not going to be super easy, but easy enough to understand directions and then do it).

We had an issue with my daughter's trampoline and Jumpflex could not have been more helpful. They replaced the parts at no cost, we very responsive and could not have been more gracious. This is the best customer support that I have encountered with any vendor.

Trampoline was delivered timely. Excellent instructions and fairly easy to assemble with help, took about 3 hours. Quality of materials is excellent. Great product, highly recommend. My only disappointment is that I purchased an expensive trampoline and the basketball hoop is out of stock, ugh.

Such a great company that stands behind their products. I noticed a very small tear in our trampoline and thought I would reach out for a patch of some sort. They instead sent an entire new mat since it was covered unused warranty! Very happy with the quality and look of this trampoline.
