Excellent service and product

Excellent service and product. The juicer is a breeze to use compared to our Green Star Elite GSE-5000 which was also purchased from this company. I noticed that a leaflet enclosed with juicer said that the warranty period was 1 year rather than motor 10 years and parts 5 years as shown on website but it was quickly confirmed to be the latter.

Bought a bread maker from this company

Bought a bread maker from this company in January 2026.It stopped working in March phoned Juicers.co.uk they asked me to email them with the problem.Then I received an email it was the email I send them about the problem,nothing about what they intended to doI would not use them again as their customer service useless.

I originally purchased a Lakeland deluxe mixer from Lakeland for £199. But when it arrived it didn't work. Totally annoyed I decided to just spend the extra and get a proper kitchenaid classic mixer at £350. Not cheap but what can you do 🤷. Juicers.co.uk offered all the colours and at the best online price. It was posted out next day delivery and packaged very well with no transit damage. Good company, top marks

Ingenuine Listings Poor customer Service

The product did not arrive in its original packaging and looked suspicious, then when I tried to return it they interrogated me and were rude and threatening that they wouldn’t refund the full amount. They also wanted me to pay for the return and fill out a load of paperwork with the item so they could recognise the order.

Excellent Company!

Excellent experience. Purchased a KitchenAid 2.1 litre food processor in pistachio. Item exactly as described and pictured. Best value on the Internet I could find for price. Delivery was super fast and well packaged. Would highly recommend this company. 5 stars easily.

Dreadful customer service!

Dreadful customer service from this company, I thought you should be supportive of your customers, these guys certainly aren't! It feels like they don't care at all.

There was a problem with delivery to me (it was partially my mistake), I didn't receive the pin from DPD so I couldn't accept delivery, when I told them they just said I must have made a mistake and were very unhelpful and accusing. I was pretty shocked by this as I would have thought if someone wants to purchase from you, that you would treat them with some level of respect and gratitude as without customers they would have no business.

They were so bad in the end I decided to request a refund and instead order from another company.

I have checked your order details and read through your email correspondence with our Support team. I can see that all your emails have been responded to within 24 hours and our support team tried to assist in advising the email address where the PIN code would have been sent and the email address that it would have been sent to. They also explained that without the PIN code being provided, the parcel would not get delivered and this is to provide the most secure delivery to ensure the parcel is delivered to the recipient who ordered it because the value of your order was over £400.

In your penultimate email, you specifically requested for the parcel to be returned back to ourselves and that you wanted to cancel the order which is why the parcel was returned back.

Hence, I apologise that you feel our customer service did not meet your standards. We send all parcels above £200 on a secure DPD PIN service and this delivery can only be successful if the customer provides the correct email address when placing the order.

Sales Are Welcome by phone — Problems Are Email Only

Very disappointed with the customer service. I purchased a KitchenAid kettle about a week ago and the lid mechanism has already failed, making the item unusable.
Trying to resolve this has been frustrating. The company will not deal with you over the phone — the telephone number is for sales only — so you are forced to email and wait for a response. This is not acceptable when dealing with a faulty product that is barely a week old.
I have requested a refund and to return the item, but the lack of direct customer support has made what should be a simple process unnecessarily slow and inconvenient.

Extremely disappointed

I was incredibly excited to finally receive my Ankarsrum Assistent Original, but that excitement turned to immediate frustration the moment I opened the box.

When you pay a premium price for a high-end appliance, you expect a brand-new, factory-sealed product. What I received from Juicers.co.uk was clearly a used unit or a poorly processed return. The dough hook arrived with visible flour residue and marks on it. It hadn't even been cleaned properly by the previous user, or wasn't quality controlled properly before shipment. The box had been resealed with fresh sellotape layered directly over the original, broken factory seals.

It is completely unacceptable to ship out "open-box" or used returns as brand-new inventory. This shows a massive lack of quality control and a disregard for the customer experience. I have reached out to customer service for a return and a genuine replacement, but I shouldn't have had to deal with this in the first place.

We purchase brand new Ankarsrum stand mixers directly from Ankarsrum and only sell new units. We do not accept returns once used and hence, the particular unit that you have received, we would have received from Ankarsrum. Unfortunately, we are not authorised to open boxes prior to dispatch, so, we would not have been aware of the internal condition of the stand mixer otherwise, we would have no reason to send it to you if indeed it had been used. I can see from the correspondence with our Support team and their correspondence with Ankarsrum that they have arranged collection of the stand mixer for this Wednesday 11th to be sent to the Ankarsrum Inspection Department and a replacement unit to be sent to you.

Nevertheless, I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. We have taken this issue very seriously and have raised our concerns to Ankarsrum because, like yourself, we purchase brand new units from Ankarsrum so expect to receive brand new products from them.

The best UK online provider of juicers, blenders and everything else they offer!

Few days ago I purchased the Vitamix 1.4ltr wet self detect container and the 1.4ltr dry grains container. As usual, delivery was excellent - next day- and items securely packaged.
I used the wet container to be able to make a smaller amount than enabled by the container that comes with the Vitamix Ascent 3500i. Superb! The dry grains container is excellent for grinding spices. I have used other brands before that claim to grind to desired levels but none compare to this Vitamix container. I am now waiting for the Vitamix aer disc container to be back in stock!

Great Service

I ordered a 2.1L KitchenAid food processor (at a VERY GOOD price) in Empire Red from juicers.co.uk and I am very pleased with the service I received. There was a very slight delay in shipping but any confusion was cleared up very quickly and professionally by customer service - thank you. The product arrived well packed and in pristine condition. I would recommend this company.
