We did some updating of software on our website which was very overdue and it subsequently fell apart! JSWS to the rescue - We were quoted for 3 hours of work to get everything back in place and when all was said and done, they got it all back and working in 2 and only invoiced us for as much. I can see that going very differently with a less scrupulous company.

Well if I could give 10 stars I would. Simon and Jayne give such sterling service it gives great reassurance when you’re doing something like building a website for the first time like I was. Firstly everything was organised in a very tidy way, payments, contracts and so on. All signed off and phased so you know where you stand. Everything explained. Then the process itself organised so you know what to do at every step. Then while building the site they had great patience with my requests and queries. Also they are literate which may sound an odd thing to say but many web teams aren’t and I was confident of no spelling errors and so on. They put together an e-commerce site for me at donttellfred.com and this was a large commercial website with many levels to it. I am extremely happy and I know I have ongoing support if I need it and a comprehensive manual given to me for updates at my end. I highly recommend JS Web Services and you will be in a safe pair (two pairs) of hands with them PLUS you will enjoy the process like I did I’m sure. Please have no hesitation in using them, Simon and Jayne will quote you and guide you to having a website that works for you. Fast, organised and affordable. Five star service.

This review is from a novice blogger, not a company. But efficiency and support are essential whatever the reason to use web services.
So my story. As a novice blogger from a family of IT experts, I wanted to set up a blog which would be fun for me and of interest to friends. Although there is expertise within the family, using it is a matter of time and patience - theirs! So I looked on google for local website designers and compared the support offered and prices. Choosing JS web services has been exactly the right choice.
I had a speedy response to my initial enquiry, advice on blog content and format, privacy (I don't wishes to be identified on it) and even what photos would best illustrate it. My blog was up and running within 2 weeks. When it was obvious I'd overestimated my capabilities to understand even the individually made manual to go it alone with a weekly blog, I've been able to have input as required, paid per hour of work by JS web services.
The blog is now recognised by google, has had responses from friends, places and companies mentioned, and there are regular readers. To the point that this week, Marco and I are going to thank all those who have complimented us.
A comment from my nephew who has a degree in computer science 'oh wow, the website looks really good!'.
