I have purchased a number of products from Joyo, and been pleased with both the quality and price.

I recently encountered a problem with a guitar preamp unit (still under Warranty, fortunately) that defied all diagnosis, so I contacted the firm.

From the outset, my contact - Dave Grant - couldn’t have been more helpful. He rushed me a new replacement unit, in time for me to fit it before a live gig last Saturday night.

When things do occasionally go awry, customers have a right to expect a prompt response - and I certainly got that from this guy.

Joyo Pedals are quite amazing for quality, sound and value!
I bought my first British Sound about 2 years ago and was knocked out. I quickly followed with the American Sound and use them both linked together (not always on at same time!).
I then bought both again as gifts for my son.
And finally I've not long bought another British Sound as 'back-up'
The overdriven tones are so authentic and widely ranged, from edgy drive to full on sustain monster.
The Company delivers fast and efficiently - i can whole heartedly reccomend.

Joyo have a great range of low cost pedals and this is the best place to find them. When my wife bought one of the pedalswitchers for me via Amazon from Joyo audio they had no problem changing it out for a different model which had additional feature I needed. Great service

These pedals are some of the best you can get for the price. Metal enclosures and proper footswitches help to makes these pedals durable and reliable. My favourites are the British Sound distortion and the PXL Pro.

Fantastic, realistic priced pedals. Ive had ‘boutique’ pedals like Darkglass, but the joyo’s are every bit as good. The Ultimate Drive has replaced my DG VMT, and for just £30.
When I’ve approached the Joyo staff they have been nothing less than outstanding with their advice, and sport on with it. They really know what’s what and have made suggestions I wouldnt have thought of, and been spot on.
Ive now got 3 of their pedals, and hope to get a Tuner asap.
This company shows you don’t have to spend a fortune to get a pro sound, and also shows how much we are getting ripped off by some other companies.
Before waiting money on high end stuff, give this company a look.

I can't say enough good things about the guys here. Both Lewis and Dave have worked on my guitar over the last month, and they have been professional, friendly and amazing.
They took a Les Paul copy, replaced all of the hardware with new black locking tuners etc, fitted, restrung and setup, and it plays like a dream now.
But my biggest compliment is for the electrical work they undertook last week. They fitted IronGear pickups to the guitar, with dual coil tap, series and out of phase wiring, push/push switches and all new buttons and switches. This is quite possibly the most complicated thing I have ever seen, but they did it, perfectly, and I love this guitar now.

Sorry guys, but I have 2 more on the way for the same treatment, you're just THAT good :)

I bought a customer returned zombie for 25 pounds cheaper but unfortunately it was faulty.
Joyo immediately sent a brand new unit next day!
The customer service was second to none.
When I rang them to explain what was wrong the chap was very attentive and apologetic.
The new amp was fantastic,punches well above it's weight.
I couldn't recommend joyo products enough.

Every thing about Joyo Audio Uk is a joy, the guys who run it are a real friendly team, always more than willing to help and give advice, and if you pop into the store in Walkden they make you feel totally at home. I've bought many FX pedals from them , both from the store and online, and the service is superb. As for the range of pedals, they are just amazing, if you want it, Joyo make it, and the build quality and value absolutely superb. Buy now, it makes sense !
