We had a problem with our heat pump, and Paweł came in, fixed it all and even gave us some tips. He was very polite, and kept it all very tidy.

Fitted solar heat how water panels in a roof 6 years ago and the panels have failed already, only guaranteed for 2, there were inset in the roof, joule were a costly mistake

Engineer Pawl is a gent, very customer friendly and informative; gave general hints & tips, outside of the system itself, of how to reduce usage and increase efficiency...

We all need to hear this; every heating system has its quirks... Joule system re circulates the 'already warm' air... so... do your research, get heavier curtains, some shaggy rugs, 'wear another jumper' as me da used to say... instead of jacking the heating up to max and then wondering why bills are big.

Staff member who calls to arrange times and appointments from this number 016237080 very rube and very intimidating manor, also gave wrong times which I'm getting the impression was done especially , not a nice experience, was really upset after phone call, but on the other had the guy who called when he arrived at my home who was also given the wrong time was a gentleman and they always are very nice and get thing sorted, just a pity about the one person over the phone.

Paweł attended today. An absolute gentleman, very knowledgeable and polite. Knows exactly what needs to be done and got it done promptly and to the highest standard.

Our heat pump stop working last week. Jole sent someone with 2 days to fix it. Ryan serviced the machine and fixed the problem . Gentleman. Would highly recommend both Ryan and the Joule service.

Tommy and Jann made an excellent work to replace the joule system.

Great friendly service from Tommy. He quickly found the issue and fixed it in a short time. He was in and out in under an hour.

Had a really good experience with Lorna and Tommy in Joule. I was experiencing issues with my Joule system and Lorna booked in the warranty call and Tommy came out the following day to fix my system.

Repair man came, repaired the issue, said his goodbyes and left.

We have had a great experience with Joule when they arranged one of their engineer to replace a part in our heat pump. Pawel was great, very knowledgeable and has explained everything to us.

The instructor Joel was very informative and explained everything about the victorum system.

Poor quality product and service. I have this installed on my apartment which is quite new, after 1 year of use it started to show failures. I had a lot of back and forth with engineers to get fixed, then after 1 year, same problem, and this year, of course, having the same issues. The system keeps getting errors, coldest days and the system does not work. Contact support is useless, no one cared answering. I'd definitely avoid.

Absolutely piece of garbage, I advise anyone not to get this in their house, your heating bills at least double and treble with this crap system, it takes at least 2 hours to heat your home by 1 degree because it sucks freezing cold air from outside which drops the temperature in your apartment and is not able to heat up the cold air so instead of heating your home it actually makes it colder so you have to spend double what it costs on a normal old heating system

Money pit. Inefficient and always breaking down. What you might save in gas and oil- you spend on fixing continuous problems with the system. Would not recommend any heat pump system.

Fitted in roof thermal solar panels, the panels in the roof have failed already after 8 years, poor quality
