We bought an item that is still within the guarentee period where the rose gold has now lifted from the metal.

As requested photographs were sent to Joshua James from which they concluded (without inspecting the item) it was tarnished rather than defective due to user neglect!

Joshua James have now said we can return the item at our expense and they will inspect it. However, the tone and content of their communication does not feel us with confidence.

At the moment we have an item not fit for purpose and up against a defensive customer services process.
