Superb customer support. I wanted a refund for one item and after talking to support it was in my bank immediately.

I have Hottap, ensuite shower and gottago toilet, all really good quality items.

Joolca respond promptly and efficiently to queries which is all you can ask for.

E bought the Gottago chemical toilet which has been fantastic for going off grid in our campervan. No smells, urine container easy to empty and solids container lasts ages before emptying. Brilliant customer service, had a minor issue contacted Joolca, had a response in minutes with spare part despatched the next day. Would recommend.

Really pleased with the Product and the Service. I bought the toilet for my Narrowboat and it’s so much easier to manage than the porta potti it has replaced. The unit is absolutely solid and we are not experiencing any issues with odor. I have purchased an extra urine container and additional chemical and eco cassettes so we have maximum options when out and about if it is not possible or convenient to empty the main ones. The Customer service team was very responsive when we couldn’t find the spare urine container on the site

Having done some research on shower tents, I came across the Joolca double en-suite and I’m so glad that I did.This product is so well designed and constructed, and is fully functional in no time .

Best customer service ive ever had they have gone above and beyond multiple times

The shower, twin pod shower tent and product support were outstanding. Not perfect - if it had been perfect we would not have discovered how good the support was. With 14 young adults and a limited water supply we used a water butt that could be filled over time. We the used a separate 12volt battery to power the shower pump. We purchased a separate car charger socket and wired it onto the battery in series with a 15 amp fuse. And topped the battery up with a solar panel designed to keep boat batteries topped up. When the shower stopped working. We followed the checks on line and then called support. The Joolca team came straight back to us correctly diagnosing that the intermittent problem was caused by low charge in the two batteries that ignite the gas. We changed the batteries and it worked so well that everyone preferred the outside Joolca shower to the old Mira shower in the cottage.

We had a 10 day off grid camping trip with our brand new Joolca Hotap system. This was tested before we left and was working fine.On arrival the pump appeared to be not working. I contacted Joolca and within less than an hour I had a response. I was asked to send a short video of our set up to make sure nothing was amiss. Joolca agreed the pump must have failed and a replacement was dispatched to a delivery point of my choice. Within 2 days a replacement was with me and we were up and running. Obviously disappointed with the failure, but this can’t be helped. Joolca owned the problem from my first contact and at no point was I fobbed off. This was great service in my opinion. And Joolca Hottap is a fantastic product. Regards Chris

As an off grid camper being able to take a hot shower is a game changer and has made my camping trips even better. The customer care and support Joolca offers is amazing. During a recent trip I had a senior moment and couldn’t understand why my water pump wasn’t working. I contacted Joolca who asked me to upload a short video and they identified the problem immediately. I highly recommend Joolca and their products.

I ran into an issue with some damage to my Joolca, which was more than likely caused by the shipper. I reached out to Joolca and they handled the incident immediately. Within a few days, my replacement part arrived and I was back in business. The customer service at Joolca is awesome. Thank you so much for the great service and great product. I truly appreciate it.

Joolca products are top rate and of very good quality. Their customer service is the best. I had a damaged hot tap cover and they answered my email on a Sunday night and a replacement was sent out within a few days. Highly recommend this company.

I had an issue with Rain leaking through seems on my JOOLCA en-suite double while touring around France. The rain was not gale force but just light rain
I contacted Joolca and sent a video of the water coming through the seams in the roof the evening that it had happened.
I Had an instant reply from Adrian at JOOLCA who assisted me in identifying the cause and then arranged for the en-suite tent to be replaced.
I believe I purchased an early tent that has now been upgraded so really happy to have the latest.
Got to say - Amazing tent that is great for touring around in our camper van.
We also have the JOOLCA shower unit that is amazing, we have used this on many camping trips including the British Grand Prix where everyone was amazed that we had a HOT shower in the middle of a camping field 😃
Got to say JOOLCA and their products are amazing and their customer service is an 11 out of 10 👍🏻😃 going to buy the JOOLCA toilet next. Tim Henman
