I was using a lawyer and didn't get updates or questions answered. Etc
I asked for another lawyer and they closed the case.. Which was of no help.

Terrible experience
I recently had my complaints against Jones Whyte upheld by the Legal Ombudsman.
The Ombudsman found that they had not advised me correctly, they had taken far too long to complete the work required, had acted unprofessionally and caused my family uneccessary stress.
My advice would be to use a different solicitor.
