We are First time parents, made to feel very welcome on arrival, had a lot of questions. Shout out to Louise who was very helpful with us and very patient. Highly recommend this place.

Louise was really helpful pointing out different options that would be suitable for ourselves. Showed various different options and overall was really easy for us to decide the best option at a great price due to the Nuna weekend sale! Highly recommend to anyone who is unsure of which option is most suitable.

Myself and my partner purchased a full travel system. From start to finish Leigha made the experience enjoyable and stress free. Would highly recommended as the service was very personal and the price was extremely competitive!

Came in with my partner and my mom to look for a travel system, we only planned to browse we didn’t plan on buying today, but the staff were ever so helpful and shown us everything we needed to know about the system we were looking at, they shown us how to take it apart and place each items onto each other and how to fold it up and answered every single question we had, we ended up buying that exact travel system because we fell in love with it and couldn’t part from it, special thank you to Rachel the lady that helped us :)

I spoke with Rachel and ordered 2 ex display car seats. Rachel was really helpful and my car seats arrived the next day. Really fantastic service and 2 car seats in brand new condition at a fraction of the price.

After travelling from tamworth we were shocked at how easy it was to find! straight away we were greeting by david who was more than helpful! can’t thank him enough!

The staff were very welcoming and approachable. Staff allowed us to try different pushchairs in car to check fit. They price matched our pushchair, unboxed it and put it all together. Service at Jolly tots is unmatched!

Jolly tots is the best place to go for any nursery/baby items ! We purchased our pram at a really great price and it was shipped and delivered the very next day. The customer care is 100% and they will help you every step of the way.

We purchased a stroller from yourselves on the 17/03. The sales team were fantastic at answering a few questions I had about the stroller. Following the questions I purchased the stroller which was a ex display. The stroller was delivered to my home the next morning, it was in fantastic condition and looked brand new.
We have purchased a number of other things from Jolly tots including car seats and an other stroller. We have always been so impressed with the service.

I had a really great experience at Jolly Tots Pram Shop! The customer service was excellent from start to finish – the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident in my choice without any pressure.
The range of products is fantastic, with plenty of options to suit different needs and budgets. The quality of the prams and accessories is clearly very high, and everything is well presented in-store.

Jolly tots is great. Has a wide variety of pushchairs to look at and physically try which is rare as alot of pushchairs you can only view online. Definatly recommend. David was really helpful and built the pushchair for us which was great.

I cannot recommend Jolly Tots highly enough! From the moment we walked in, the level of customer service was absolutely outstanding. We purchased a Twin pushchair yesterday, and the entire experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable.

The team went above and beyond to help us choose the perfect option, taking the time to explain everything clearly, demonstrate features, and ensure we felt completely confident with our purchase. Their knowledge, patience, and friendly approach made all the difference.

What truly stood out was the kindness and care shown to us — a gentleman from the Jolly Tots Staff had to even bear the burden and carried the large boxed twin pushchair all the way from the shop, through the car park, and placed it into my car boot. This meant a great deal to me and my family, especially as I use a walking crutch. That level of thoughtfulness and support is rare and deeply appreciated.

It’s rare these days to come across such a high standard of customer care — truly second to none. We are incredibly grateful for the support, kindness, and attention to detail shown throughout.
