I had a query on a stroller without a price and she went and got David who found a price for me and was happy to talk through all the pros and cons between the strollers I was looking at, and had great knowledge on helping me finally decide.

We visited Jolly Tots on a friend's recommendation as my wife and I are expecting our first baby, and the experience was truly outstanding. From start to finish, the customer service and pricing were excellent.
We were initially served by Kiera, who was incredibly helpful while showing us a range of prams and car seats. She went above and beyond by walking us through all the colour options and guiding us on how to use the pram attachments. She also made sure we were fully informed about the store’s latest offers and deals.
After deciding on the Joie Finiti Flex Travel and Home Bundle, Louise was brilliant in letting us know which items were available immediately and what needed to be ordered. Finally, David handled the payment process with a friendly and helpful attitude, giving us a clear idea of when to come back for collection.
