I recently visited Jolly Tots Pram Shop and had such a positive experience. The store has a great range of prams, travel systems, car seats, and baby essentials, all well displayed so you can properly compare and test products.

A special thank you to David and Louise, who were incredibly helpful throughout. They were friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the different options and answer all of our questions without any pressure. Their advice really helped us feel confident in making the right choice.

Customer service like this makes all the difference, especially when buying big baby items. I would definitely recommend Jolly Tots to anyone in Birmingham looking for quality products and genuinely helpful staff.

It was our first experience at Jolly Tots and we were greeted and welcomed as soon as we went through the door. They were very helpful and educated on all their products and helped us secure a 4 in 1 pushchair with a full demonstration of how easy it worked by David, with all the different attachments. Couldn’t be happier with the service!

We visited jolly tots store to buy a double pushchair and David showed us around the store and showed us the best brands and pushchairs in our price range he was very helpful and even helped us fit the pushchair in the car for us and the pushchair was a really good price and would definitely recommend this store good service and products with top brands

Seen a Joie car seat on jollytots Facebook page, I messaged them over messenger to order and deliver. Payment was done over bank transfer. I order on Friday and was delivered on Monday, great service from Rachel. Thanks again.

Firstly, the we have bought every single bit for our daughter from this shop and never had a fault! She’s now turning one and we were looking for the perfect easy to use stroller, david and was an AMAZING help today offering a helping hand and plenty of insightful information he’s clearly very clued up! I couldn’t recommend this shop more, from changing matts to travel systems they’re completely kitted out and always have great sales and deals on which always helps!

David was really helpful helping us find a pram suitable for our 6 month old, nothing was too much trouble very informative and overall fantastic customer service!

Such a great baby shop in Evesham. We went here to look at prams and were looked after by Harvey. He was an absolute delight to deal with - so knowledgeable, not pushy, and gave us so much of his time - truly went above and beyond. He helped us understand what is a very complex and crowded market and found us the perfect pram. They have also allowed us to store the pram at the shop until we need it as we currently live in a small flat. Thankyou x

We went in today not knowing what we wanted at all! We were served by Louise who was just amazing! Nothing was too much trouble and she listened to my reservations and knew what to recommend! She put my mind at ease and was just lovely to deal with! I would 100% tell anybody who is finding baby shopping overwhelming to pay her a visit as I feel so much more confident now!

Found a deal on the Facebook page, spoke to someone there who confirmed the deal was in stock. We went to the Evesham location, great selection, staff were great, no pushy sales. Me and my wife spent some time trying the system with Harvey’s expertise. He was great with showing us the system. Will 1000% be going back and recommending it to friends and family!

We came into the shop today to get a bouncy chair for our baby, whilst there we had a few questions about other things too, nothing was too much hassle and Rachael who served us was really friendly and knowledgable. We have been in to get many things for our baby due in a few weeks and we have been always served by Kayleigh. She always has gone above and beyond to help us with our many queries about our purchases and can’t recommend her and jolly tots enough!
