I am really impressed with the service I received from Jolly’s when ordering a ring! I was able to request a video call online to see the ring in more detail. The service from Ashley was friendly and helpful. I found them to be very flexible with their payment options too. I am thrilled with my ring which arrived so quickly and beautifully polished. I ordered the wrong size ring & emailed asking if the size could be amended before shipping the product, as opposed to having to return & exchange. Director emailed back promptly, advising it would be no issue whatsoever. Beautiful product, amazing quality! Also a really easy website to navigate and find what you’re looking for. Wholeheartedly recommend! :)

After dealing with Josh, the ring arrived promptly and secured.
She loves the ring, however being honest, it wasn’t exactly what she wanted. After a phone call to Josh he was very helpful and told me to return it and he would action a refund on receipt of the ring.
Which he did as soon as the ring was delivered. The service was fabulous and there was nothing wrong with the ring itself just not the style she wanted.
I would use Jolly’s again in the future should the need arise.
