From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. The service is usually good the staff are usually friendly but I went in a few times last week and I asked for help finding the perfect harness for my dog as he seems to rough the R&R ones a little much and they don’t last but we’ve always used them. The lady gave us all of her attention and helped us try on harnesses, adjust them and gave nothing but love to my dog. Also working the same day (Saturday 17th) a man he’s always there and he’s always super friendly with everyone he deserves lots of praise too! The woman really touched my heart how far she went to help me and my pooch but the lads service and attitude was 10/10 and always is! I’m sorry I didn’t get either of their names but both worked the till and I didn’t notice any other members in.
Rambling a little but the girls upstairs doing the pet grooming are amazing and I wouldn’t trust my pet with anyone else!!

Love this place
Love this place. Great prices on a lot of things, plenty of variety. Especially love the pick and mix dog chews like puffed chicken feet and pigs ears. Well our dog does anyways. Hope they open more stores Preston and beyond

My 2 dogs first groom
My 2 dogs were booked it for their 1st groom and we will definitely book again. The ladies were welcoming to the dogs and genuinely showed affection. Unfortunately this wasn't the case at a different local groomer. The dogs are both rescues and can be nervous of new people but on collection the dogs were very happy and calm.
I would like to thank the 2 groomers (St Helens store), I'm afraid I don't know their names but I am so grateful for your care and attention to my fur babies.
