Lovely staff easy to find what we were after. Brilliant range of grain free dog food too.

Our 6 yr old Llewlyn setter is an extremely fussy eater. He has also been recently diagnosed with PLE (protein loosing enteropothy) but he also has to have a low to medium fat diet aswell as a single protein diet (exc fish, chicken, lamb, turkey) Dan from the runcorn store went above and beyond helping to find the perfect diet for our boy. His customer service is second to none! This guy scanned every ingredient and fat content till we found the perfect diet and single protein with the recommended fat content. Not an easy task! Hats off to this guy for his dedication in helping customers and their pets. The food he recommended is being devoured! I truly hope there is a rewards system in place for colleagues who go above and beyond!

I phoned to enquire about a specific food needed for my cat, the staff said it was in stock and would place a box behind the counter for me. When I arrived to collect the lady who served me was very friendly and had the product as stated. Cannot fault the staff in the Runcorn store. Very grateful, thank you.

Shelves fully stacked and its easy to find relevant sections. The store is clean and tidy with enough staff on the checkout and the staff are always pleasant.

Richie & all the staff @the Runcorn store are all very helpful, pleasant & friendly, they all go out of their way to make sure you get what you want & what you went for, even their expert advice on certain issues. Although I bought Johnsons anti-chew training spray for my 16 week old pup, but it doesn't seem to be working, it actually makes her chew even more now, so I feel it was a waste of time & money £4.95. We love Jollyes Pet Store & go there quite often usually every week to buy our puppy food & other things we may need. So thank you Richie & staff, Trident Runcorn Store, we're happy customers.

The selection of products is good, but what is the point of the Pet Club? I can't think of any discounts/benefits in 3 years and this is the first email I've had, after recently questioning the relevance of it, at the till.

So easy to find exactly what I wanted. Plenty of choice and all at great prices. Store clean and tidy with helpful staff.
